“We found Studio:MASS when we were looking for archictects to design our kitchen extension. They had great reviews which they've lived up to. Robert is knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. Communication was great and he was always available when we needed to speak with him. He was patient and easy to work with. One of the key things for us was the reassurance he gave that we were on track and doing the right thing at the right time on our project; he prompted us when we needed it and helped find other contractors quickly when we needed them (for structural engineers and drain surveys). The work and payment plan was very comprehensive and we were able to choose how much or how little we used MASS depending on our budget. As a result of all of this we now have an extenstion we are incredibly happy with.
