At RB we work alongside the team at DMR for all their electrical needs, and I can say that they are by far the best building firm that we work alongside. It's a pleasure being involved in the interesting and sometimes challenging projects which they are doing. We always recommend them to our clients, friends and family as we know they will be in good hands!

We recently used Matthew to fully refurbish a flat that we brought. We completely gutted it and added new plumbing and electrics, with under floor heating throughout. The project was fun and we are now looking for the next one!

We originally thought Matthew and the term were great to the point where we did multiple jobs, unfortunately it was the after care where everything started lacking. All three properties ended up having leaks due to the building works which weren’t repaired, the paint in the bathroom hadn’t been applied correctly leading to significant cracking, lots of things left unfinished and recently we’ve just found out that all lights have been incorrectly fitted and siliconed down meaning that they can’t be replaced when they are blown. Matthew just stopped replying to messages. Would advise steering clear of this firm.

Matthew and team always deliver on whatever is asked of them. They ensure the finish is spot on, and won't leave the job until the best result is achieved. They're a super hard working and efficient team, we wouldn't want to use anyone else and use them on all projects. Thanks for everything Property DMR!

After engaging with Matthew to handle a conversion project we completed in 2017, we were very impressed and so hired him again to completely manage a new build project for us. He took the project from planning through to completion, dealing with all of the necessary applications and processes required to see us through. We were particularly impressed with his communication and managing of all the different trades on site, design ideas and relaxed approach which made the whole project a breeze.

Mathew and his team were excellent and work with throughout the project. We at West Port Architects were involved from the beginning of the project, designing the wrap around rear extension to the ground floor flat. Property DMR in completing the construction were communicative, thorough and professional through our the works. I am looking forward to working with them on future jobs. Highly recommended!

I recently hired Matthew and the guys at DMR Services to undertake some internal reconfiguration works to our property, which involved installing some steel beams and knocking walls down. They also completely removed the existing pebbles on the exterior and finished the walls with a smooth render. We were really nervous at first to undertake such work but after meeting with Matthew he instantly calmed us and talked us through the process with great knowledge and patience for our ignorance!

I used Matthew and his team between October 2018 and July 2019 for a large renovation project in my house. We gutted the entire property and did a side and first floor extension. The project was fun! Matthew and the team were delightful to deal with, the best team i have ever used for any building project. There were no surprises along the way, and Matt has a calm and unflappable style which is very reassuring when you are doing a renovation. The team are very focused, hardworking and have an impeccable attention to detail. The structural work is sound and well done,, painting decorating tiling is all beautifully finished, plumbing and electrical work was best in class, carpentry is immaculate and Matt also has brilliant style ideas which really helped to finish the house off beautifully. The new space has transformed how we live, and I feel lucky to live here every day! I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and the DMR team.

I worked with Matthew on a flat renovation on Kensington Church Street in central London. Matthew is an incredibly patient and highly competent contractor. We hired Matthew to do a complete renovation of our flat - a factory which had been badly converted in the 80's. Dealing with old buildings can be challenging and Matthew and his team were not only proactive but communicated well with us and always were able to overcome issues that arose. We were not only the clients but the architects as well and so were extremely picky when it came to detailing, joinery etc. Ultimately we picked Matthew as our contractor because of his background in joinery and we were not let down.
