While constructed all at once, the style of the house is meant to be evocative of a family camp expanded over the years. The stylistically more traditional elements anchor it to the neighborhood and allow for a modern flair in the main living space.

西側隣地家の庭が緑豊かなので、隣地の緑と一体に感じるように植栽計画を行い、行きかう人々が道すがら木々の豊かさに自然と目が行くように西側に抜け感がありセットバックした配置計画・ファサード計画とした。駐車場スペースもコンクリートとはせず、砕石と必要最低限の洗い出し犬走とすることで道路との一体感により緑に対し邪魔にならないように工夫。建物は普遍的に美しいと感じる木部を強調し、大屋根及び下屋根の軒には吉野杉を、空間の抜け感を感じる門扉はヒノキとヒバで製作し、緑の外壁と木部が周囲の植栽と一体感を得られるようにした。

A very traditional and beige-toned exterior is modernized with a creamy paint color against black trim for high contrast. The updated paint color emphasizes more red brick for an aesthetic that perfectly combines the modern palette our client loves with the traditional details they want to embrace. The exterior is simplified and timeless – hinting at what lies within.

This allowed potential buyers or renters to see what their future home or office would look like. Nowadays, the role of the 3d architectural visualizer has evolved. While still involved in the sale or rental of property, they are also heavily involved in the design process. By using 3d architectural visualization, architects and designers can explore different design options and make sure that the final product meets the needs of the client. In this blog post, we will take a look at a recent project by a 3d architectural visualizer - the Visualize a Residential Colony in Meridian Idaho. A 3D architectural visualisation is an important tool for architects and engineers. It allows them to create realistic images of their designs, which can be used to present their ideas to clients or investors. The studio Visualize was commissioned to create a 3D visualisation of a proposed residential colony in Meridian, Idaho. The colony will be built on a site that is currently occupied by a golf course. The studio used a variety of software to create the visualisation, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop. The finished product is a realistic and accurate representation of the proposed colony. The 3D visualisation has been used to convince the local authorities to approve the project. It has also been used to help raise investment for the colony.

At the confluence of the Guadelupe River and Holiday Creek, two miles downstream from Comfort, TX, a farmhouse built in 1903 recently received a revitalizing renovation. Aptly and affectionately named the Blue House, referring to blue exterior maintained over several generations, the historic home serves as a hill country retreat for the San Antonio family who sought to refresh the interiors and refocus the home on indoor-outdoor living.
