Working with the White family to build our dream home was a wonderful experience. Every conversation and email was very professional and made us feel more knowledgeable about what they were doing. Our family of 4 looked for houses for years. We always had our eyes on this specific neighborhood and only hoped to have a home here. The design, layout and everything down to the beams and cabinets are just beautiful and what we had imagined. Having a Smart home makes life more enjoyable and less stressful for those holiday events and time with family. Now that we are moved in, it is beyond what we hoped for. The neighborhood is exactly what we wanted for our children. We look forward to living in our forever home.

Working with Curtis White Co was a great experience. They built my home quickly and expertly. The City building inspector even called me to personally tell me how great the house looked. I truly appreciate the energy efficient measures they added for us. Katie was timely in responding to my many emails, all of the subs seem fairly knowledgeable in their trade, and best of all is that they managed to work in all of my "upgrades" at the best price they could. Building a house isn't my idea of a great time, but if I ever decide to do it again, I will definitely call them!

Katie was amazing. I love that she would always follow up on any requests. Even when it may have been a minor concern, she would make sure to advise me of the items she can take care of or would have to get back with me on in regards to our new construction home. I wish we had went ahead and had her as our realtor instead of going through one of our own because we worked so very closely with her more throughout the entire process.

When our son was diagnosed in fall of 2003 with a disorder causing him to loose the ability to walk, we needed to purchase a new home to accommodate his special needs. Joe White was serving as president of our local home builders' association at the time, and he had just started the process of building a home as a fund raiser for our local Miracle League (a baseball organization for special needs children and adults). Little did we know when we stumbled across the home that the plans had already been modified to accommodate a child with special needs! There is not one step in the home or necessary to get inside the house. The doorways were all created wider, the hallway is nice and wide to accommodate our son's wheelchair, and they created a handicapped bathroom with an enormous roll-in shower that has been such a HUGE help! We found Joe and his whole staff to be very easy to work with throughout the precess and not one thing was overlooked! Katie was super helpful as we selected our paint colors, flooring and brick. We have currently been in the house since May 2004 and have not had one issue! It has been perfect for us, and we HIGHLY recommend this company! Not only do they do exceptional work, but their concern and regard for the community is obvious, as they were able to donate more than $40,000 to the Miracle League through the building and sale of our home! Great people and excellent craftsmanship!

I purchased a new home built by Curtis White and have been truly satisfied with the quality of the product, the company, and it's representatives. There have been very few issues with the home since we purchased it, but with like every other house, things will heppen. They have been very responsive to our requests post sale and have taken care of every request we have had. I would recommend them highly when either purchasing one of the house they have built or if you are looking to build new.

I found it very easy to work with this builder and it was at most a very good experience. Mr. White was very open to what I wanted and I am very happy with my home. He and his staff were very professional and caring, I would hire them again and recommend them highly. If the work wasn't done to Mr. White's expectations, he had it redone. Katie was great to work with and went out of her way to try and find things I wanted in my house. They are a good company and I highly recommend them anytime.

I contracted Curtis White Companies to build a home plan that I had found on the internet. Joe and Katie were very easy to work with -- they explained everything that had to be done and gave realistic expectations of how the process would work. Once construction began, they were very good keeping me updated on progress and aware of what steps needed to be taken. They were always good about hitting specific target dates (despite a very rainy summer to work in) and kept me in the know on the things I needed to have to them. In the end, the final product is the home I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Joe and Katie to anyone looking to build a house.
