Our kitchen and bar area were gutted and completely redone - new cabinets, new configuration, newly shaped island. In addition, the wood flooring in the downstairs area was with Travertine. Michelle and Dean were a huge help with the design, and color coordination suggestions. Our kitchen and flooring were complete in 7 weeks. All subcontractors were great and the scheduling of the work flowed seamlessly through completion. We did purchase our own flooring and appliances ahead of time and had them ready to go when the time came for installation, there was no additional delay and that helped with the time frame.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

I did wish that the project manager updated us more often, but the company is very responsive when this concern was raised. The custom-built bookshelves are beautfiul, and the stone work on our atrium makes it look like a piece of art. Tom was very enthusiastic, with a lot of good ideas.
