**update** After completing an essentially whole-house remodel I had to update my review of Dave Lane Construction. Simply stated, Dave and his team are the best. My house was transformed in 4 months! I expected this job to take a year at least. Everything is now brand new. His team showed up every day between 6:45 and 7:30 am without pause. Dave reliably picked up his phone every day and we had a check in and planning session. I expected this to be stressful but I swear it was actually a fun and exciting experience. I am in shock at how good the experience was and the craftsmanship is top-tier. I'm endlessly thankful for Dave and his team. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dave did my mom's bathroom 15 years ago and it's like-new. For this reason, I've decided to go for a whole-house remodel with him. So far, the guest bathroom has been completed and the craftsmanship and professionalism has been top-tier. Honestly, it's been a pleasure and I'm so confident he will finish the rest of the house strong I've totally jumped the gun and given a review before he's done! He's been THAT good and I'm so appreciative he's around to work with. Do not let my terrible photos fool you - these guys did everything thoughtfully and skillfully and most important... right!

Dave is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, skilled and fast. He and his team did an exceptionally high quality job completely remodeling every inch of our 4500 square foot home in less than 7 months. The remodel entailed taking the walls down to the studs, completely redesigning 5 bathrooms and the kitchen, adding square footage, raising ceilings, removing walls, adding 10 skylights, replacing every window and door, replacing the exterior siding, replacing the HVAC system, rewiring and re-plumbing the entire house and so much more! Each day Dave came to the job site with a positive attitude and the creativity to realize my vision. For any problem, Dave had a solution. Additionally, his worked passed every city inspection with ease. I highly recommend Dave Lane construction.

Dave and his team recently completed a full renovation of our 30 year old home. With such a large scope, we anticipated a few issues would crop up. And when we had to deal these issues Dave was right there with a solution or two. I truly appreciated Dave’s approach and willingness to discuss possibilities. His team of professionals are true craftsman. Our house looks so much better then we could have ever imagined! I would not hesitate to take on another project in the future with Dave.

Dave Lane did an absolutely amazing job remodeling our very outdated kitchen. It has gone from a shabby and worn 1960's kitchen to an updated and beautiful one. In addition to the fine quality of work by Dave and all his workers, he was excellent in communicating and in being careful to keep us on budget and within the time frame he gave us. He seems to genuinely care about the work he does and I would highly recommend him for any home remodel.

Dave and his team completed a complete guest bath remodel. Excellent craftsmanship. Fast, on time completed project. Best tiling I have ever seen. Great communication. Fantastic crew!! Will be hiring again.

I interviewed 5 contractor's for a large remodel of our new home. Dave was the only contractor I interviewed that was not a friend's recommendation. I actually found him here on Houzz. He blew my recommended contractor's away. Prompt, professional, super smart and easy to get along with. I met him a week after my other contractor's and he was the first to respond with a detailed bid. His price was more than fair especially considering how great his crew is and the fact that I'm actually having a hard time keeping up with him. We recently completed a 560 square foot addition to our home. Can’t say enough about how happy we are with the finished product. Have already recommended Dave Lane Construction to friends. We added an additional master suite that consists of a small sitting room with built in cabinets and bar, a bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. Dave and his crew did a great job, they did not just take the plans and build them. They asked questions and made recommendations when warranted. Dave is at the job site and keeps you informed of what is happening next. They completed the job ahead of schedule. Will call him for any future projects we have.

After seeing the kitchen remodels Dave Lane completed on two of our friends’ houses and hearing their recommendations, we hired him to complete our kitchen project. All work was completed as promised in the estimated timeframe. He and his crew are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. We are completely satisfied with the work and if we have any house projects in the future, we would definitely have Dave return to complete the work. We highly recommend him.

Dave and his crew were great. We had our kitchen remodeled and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Dave advised us when we needed help and gave us great recommendations. He stayed true to his quote - dollar wise and time wise which we greatly appreciated. Dave and team did a fantastic job remodeling our two upstairs bathrooms. Dave was always on site first thing in the morning to make sure his team was there and working hard. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. It was very comforting after having flakey prior contractors. The work was outstanding and Dave got it done on time and on budget. Will definitely be using Dave for future work.
