Highly recommend! We hired United Express for our home renovation project and are so pleased with the final product. We initially met with 5 different construction companies before we started our project to find the best fit, and United Express was easily our favorite. David was our project manager, and he worked extremely close with us for the entire renovation, which lasted about 2.5 years from our first plan to completion. A good project manager is very important on a big project like ours, and David surpassed our expecations. He’s honest, knowledgable, caring, and mostly importantly, a great guy to be around. Throughout the entire project, our relationship with him only got stronger. He guided us through every single step of the project, and answered all of our questions (this was our first remodel, so we had a lot haha). Amir was our general contractor and we are so grateful that we got to work with him. He had a saying that put us at ease in moments of uncertainty, “I flow with you guys.” He truly stuck to his word and he was always coming up with solutions to any issues that arose. Not only were David and Amir amazing to work with, their entire team of sub-contractors (framers, electricians, painters, etc) were also incredibly talented and kind. We got to know them all very well throughout the project really appreciated their hard work. Overall, we’re so happy with our decision to hire the team at United Express and we miss everyone already!

Excellent job great detailed work was done and excellent communication. Always professional and courteous. I was notified each time when something was needed. They did a terrific job on this old house of mine. It was finished on time and within budget. I will definitely be recommending them to friends or family interested in having work done.

We do not live in California however we went to Los Angeles to oversee much needed repairs in an unoccupied apartment. Amir was recommended to us and we contacted him when we arrived. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! His company finished the job in the time frame that Amir promised. Crew was very reliable, pleasant and immaculate and the finished bathroom was perfect. It is a pleasure to write to you about the projects to my home that involve United Express Construction: For the past ten years they have been my exclusive service provider for all things house and home. They have insulted the floors of my entire house, insulated the walls, re-stucco-ed and painted my house. They have installed new custom double-pane windows, performed electrical work, plumbing, several other retrofitting projects around the house. The results of these things alone have made the house more green, more energy efficient and much quieter. There are many aspects to working with UEC that i enjoy. For example, if i have a problem i know who to call, one company. The work is top notch, the employees are very talented, kind, clean and respectful to me and each other. Most of all, I like the idea that i am supporting a team that works well together and who are focused together on the task at hand. Within this idea lies is a level of consequence for the workers, clients are the lifeline to the lives and their families and what they do is meaningful to the quality of life for us both. Literally, give your workers the understanding that what they are doing makes both their and my life better and meaningful. This is essential to a worker's pride, value, honor and support. Everyone should have this opportunity in their job and life, particularly in the environment of being as a single small business and not a nameless corporation. PS As far as price goes, no one stays in business if they are competitively priced. As yes you may find someone cheaper but expect to have the work redone and ultimately cost you more. So i trust that they are fair and reasonable and the work is consistently great, so why go anywhere else and then try to remember who did what. It's the little things in life!
