My experience with Somfy Systems was terrible. Their customer service has no phone number and no email that I could find that will get you to a live agent. I placed an order on their web site and then replied to my order confirmation with a question about expedited shipping charges (in the hopes of upgrading the shipping of my order to 2nd day), and without answering my question they promptly cancelled my order. I replied to the cancellation/refund email asking for someone to call me and that I did not want to cancel my order, but no one in customer service seems to have a phone. I have been waiting for a week now. I am extremely dissatisfied with Somfy. No company's customer service should be this bad!
