PRM was able to create everything we wanted in our custom home. Paul (the owner) makes himself available to his clients at any time and is extremely easy to work and communicate with. PRM has a good relationship with all the best trades in the area to deliver a high quality product.

We engaged Paul to build our custom dream home, it is not the first time we've built a custom home. This was a complex project that includes significant automation and technologies including wired & wireless mesh networking, whole-house audio & lighting controls, a hybrid heating & cooling system (boiler for radiant/water, forced air for heating and cooling), and a 20kW solar array with Tesla battery backups. In the midst of the project a global pandemic hit. Paul helped manage the supply and contractor disruptions and would meet us on-site to review progress and answer any questions or concerns. As we dealt with changes and additions (there are always changes and additions!), he quickly updated estimates and budgets to help inform our decisions. He seamlessly coordinated with our design team (RSM in Birmingham) to execute our vision. He didn't low-ball estimates or bids (watch out for this with other builders), and we always knew where our budget was at. His commitment to quality and attention to detail (embodied in the contractors he hires) ensured we received the home we dreamed of; we could not be happier.

I represent a number of custom residential builders in the metro area and none are as capable as PRM. Paul has an extraordinary eye for detail and is always building with the best and newest technology and designs. I know that when I refer a client to Paul, they will receive white glove treatment and that they will be beyond pleased with his finished product and his processes to get them there. He is fair and respectable. Trust him innately.

We had a unique opportunity to purchase a lot of land on our own and chose the builder we wanted to work with. We have no regrets in choosing PRM.
