Mill Creek Carpet & Tile

I am not sure if I am the only person that gets terrible service from this company, but I have to say that I will NEVER buy from Millcreek Carpet and Tile again. I am working with the Grove store and it has been a nightmare. First, the hours are ridiculous, they are only open until 3PM each day, and only until 12 or Saturday, so if you work full time at all its almost impossible to get to the store. Then when you can get there, the staff is so limited that you never get any help, or if you do its hurried because that person is trying to help multiple people. I did order hardwood flooring and tile. I ordered 3 sizes of tile for my project, the largest came in within 3 weeks. I was then told for the next 2 months that it should be here on the next shipment, well it is now the middle of May and I am being told that it will not be in until June. I then made a change to the project and wanted to do more wood flooring so went back and ordered more of the same type as I did before, but when it arrived it was a different color. When my builder confronted the sale person, they said will use it in another room or try to put it somewhere not noticeable. NOT ONE time has the salesperson ever showed up to check on things or has the salesperson ever call to give me an update on the products, it always been the builder or myself trying to chase them down to get the order status. Either one of two issues as I see it, the employees there are terrible, or they have so much business they do not really care if they get new business. TERRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM AT LEAST THE GROVE STORE.

We have never had a more positive experience with a flooring provider! Our salesman, Trey Clure, is professional, flexible and goes above and beyond to help us manage our many design and new construction projects. He has coordinated flooring and tile at some of the most premiere homes in the Oklahoma City Metro area with us. He continual impresses our clients and delivers excellent service, making himself available for measuring, on site meeting and in-store consultations. Bought tile at this store, and it was one bad experience after another. Sales rep apparently ordered incorrectly. They said tile would show up in six to seven days. Needless to say, it did not show up. Received one lame excuse after another when I would call to ask when it would arrive. As it turned out, they apparently just made up the delivery dates. Tile was apparently in Dallas the whole three weeks plus, but they would not just drive to dallas and pick it up. I am not a rude person on the phone, but they even hung up on me. As a business owner myself, I don't think I could stay in business for one month with this type of service.

LouAnn Avant is amazing! She helps with the entire process from wall and trim color to backsplash. Every attention to detail!!

They have done several projects for us including tile, wood floors and shower remodel. They are professional, easy to work with and trustworthy. We will definitely us them again in the future
