I recently purchased new kitchen cabinets from Dura Supreme's foil line. Unfortunately, the cabinets seem to have absorbed body and cooking oils (such as coconut, olive, and avocado) or the glue used in the product has seeped through. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and only used water to clean the cabinets. Despite regular cleaning, the cabinets have developed istains that cannot be removed. When I raised this issue with Dura Supreme and sent them a drawer front, they offered only a 50% discount on new fronts instead of fully honoring the warranty. I am disappointed with this level of customer service, especially after making a significant investment in their product, of ~30K. I am now hesitant to replace the fronts, as I am concerned that the new ones might also fail, and I would be left with additional expenses due to the manufacturer's mistake.

I built a new house in 2019 and had a massive kitchen with Dura Supreme cabinets which is what our builder recommended. We did inset painted cabinets they have not stood any test of time. For inset drawers, dura uses staples to plywood to mount the glides. These staples have become loose and failed in many of our cabinets requiring me to fix them with cabinet screws. In addition, our painted cabinets have multiple areas where the entire door or frame was not painted from the factory. I have renovated and built two kitchens before this using kraftmaid and then a custom manufacturer and dura has been the worst for quality.

So we got over $50,000 of Dura cabinetry. Most of it is OK quality, but not amazing. However, one cabinet had a bad panel. Weeks later they sent a replacement, which was not right. Now they're suggesting a patch solution - and it will still take them 4 weeks to get us the patch. Low quality, high prices, and general incompetence - that is Dura cabinetry

Unfortunately we've had a horrible experience with a bathroom vanity made by Dura Supreme and our dealer has been less than helpful. Cabinetry seems to have had little QC there are glue drips and the banding glue is squished out and not cleaned up. The center section of the vanity was made the wrong size, and it took almost a month longer than stated to get the replacement. Then we opened the replacement drawer bank and it didn't have the holes cut for the power outlet we were supposed to "swap".

I purchased Dura Supreme cabinetry for my Kitchen remodeling project. Because of some design challenges i needed some custom pieces to make my kitchen work properly. The options available along with the ability to modify my cabinets helped me create the kitchen of our dreams. I needed to talk to someone at the factory about a question i had and actually talked to a live person who was very helpful answering my questions. I would highly recommend Dura Supreme Cabinetry for any cabinet needs in your home.

I totally redid my kitchen the summer of 2023. It was a small 1970’s kitchen, and my designer did an excellent job of utilizing Dura Supreme Cabinetry to make my kitchen much more accessible and efficient. Dura Supreme Cabinets also provided pull out drawers that I now can’t live without - and special organizational features. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and very sturdy.

As a kitchen and bathroom designer, I've designed with Dura Supreme cabinets for over 15 years. The cabinets have been consistently delivered as ordered, with rarely a blemished finish or other construction flaw. Because Dura Supreme offers many modifications for most cabinets, I'm able to provide my customers with exactly the type of cabinets they desire, without custom quotes or expensive upcharges. This little kitchen was the perfect fit for 2 housemates, who each have their own way of prepping and cooking. Healthy and organic foods are essential to these folks. The long countertop allowed for countertop storage of frequently used small appliances - no bending or lifting. The black wall cabinets added drama and repeated the black in the appliances and the free standing fireplace. What a fun and rewarding kitchen remodel!
