Lighting Superstore

Given the runaround for nearly 2 months waiting on a glass bulb covering for a fixture I bought and overpaid for—partially my bad bc I needed something fast—THAT WAS ON DISPLAY! Normally very patient but it’s clear that they are only focused on price gouging and zero customer service. Shameful. Never shopping here again.

I never post reviews but this has been a very frustrating experience. I purchased an entry foyer chandelier…our electricians hung it up only to discover that it was completely defective (4 lights werent working and the wires were all mixed up). I told the store that you gave me a defective unit and it needed to be replaced. I also told them that my electricians are going to charge me to remove the broken unit and hang up the new one. The store sent me a new unit and said we will “work with you to help cover the electrician fees”. A few weeks later , Jeff (the sales rep) said they can’t help with the fees and that I should contact his manager Gary to discuss further. I emailed and called Gary a number of times and didn’t hear back once. zero acknowledgment, zero answers, zero help. I reached out to Jeff again who completely stopped answering me. Now I’m out of pocket an extra $300 because they sold me a defective unit. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware, do NOT buy anything from this place.

I ordered two special order lamps from Lighting Superstore. The lamps that were delivered were the wrong finish, not what I ordered. In fact, the lamps as delivered were not even available on the manufacturer's website when the special order was placed. Neither Lighting Superstore nor the manufacturer, Troy Lighting, has accepted responsibility and I have been told that I will be responsible for the cost of shipping the two lamps -- more than 60 lbs. -- back to the manufacturer. My credit card's dispute mechanism has covered 50% of the cost, however, after two months of repeated assurances from Lighting Superstore that the matter will be resolved within a few days, I am still waiting for a refund for the balance.

Amazing service and very knowledgeable when seeking some advice/ help! I Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend anyone in the market to come here. 10\10!

Went in looking for a chandelier for my foyer. Very impressed with the showroom - lots to choose from, beautiful layout. Found the perfect chandelier! Very pleased!! Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this lighting store to anyone who needs real professional lighting help. Lighting Superstore has a terrific convenient lighting showroom right off of route 17 in NJ.
