Homeconcepts is a fully insured Building company offering the full range of services from planning and Design through to completion Homeconcepts provides you with a complete and professional service. We cover all of London and the Home Counties and make no charges for our estimates.
All of our work comes with a written guarantee and we stand by our work and are there for you long after we have completed your project, be it 4 days, 4 weeks or 4 years. We have a Specifications and Designs team as well as four separate on site teams each with their own site manager, sitting above that we have a Project manager co-ordinating the day to day requirements of the projects.
What Next?
We typically meet with a client for an initial run through of requirements, getting an idea for the style / specification for the overall works. We’ll then get back to you with a detailed quote with various recommendations on design / planning / fixtures / fittings based on our discussions. From here they’ll most likely be a few further revisions as the specification is finalised towards the project start.
To date we have completed over 330 projects and have a large clientele we’d be more than happy to put you in touch with for references, needless to say you are also more than welcome to drop by and see some of our on-going projects.

Homeconcepts undertook a complete renovation of our new home which had not been updated since the 1970’s! We went with Homeconcepts because of the recommendation of a friend and have had a really positive experience. The project took just under 6 months and involved extensive changes including installing a new hot water system, heat Pump / air conditioning, full rewiring, new windows, floors, doors, structural & layout alterations and so much more. The team were a pleasure to work with, always respectful and welcoming whenever we visited. In particular our project manager Danny was absolutely brilliant he managed all the technical aspects very competently and has left us with a beautiful new home, thanks again for all your hard work.

We spent a good deal of time doing our research before we entrusted the extension and renovation of our new home to homeconcepts. Having their architect on board; Paul from the start was great; we got through the planning and design stages quickly leading straight into the build. The Project Manager; Danny was super helpful and followed the project attentively and worked really well with the great build team who have done amazing work for us; thanks again to all the team, we spend so much time in the new extension; we love all the light and the kids love having the break out area you suggested. Well done and thanks again Homeconcepts team.

How do we start; they were amazing; we’ve not had this experience before; Danny, Konrad and the team felt more like one of the family than contractors by the end of the build not to mention Paul and Ash who handled the planning and design; great work all! You were all always there to answer any questions and give advice at just the right points. We have never had from any other building company like this. They worked hard throughout the whole project talking us through it all step by step. We would recommend Homeconcepts highly.

A cut above…. the Homeconcepts team really exceeded expectations and to be honest they were quite high as my sister had used them before; the team all worked exceedingly hard, with professionalism, always polite and helpful even when we added in extra work; even if some of it was a bit last minute (sorry Guys!). The team were all skilled to a very high standard and it was great to see a team that worked so well together. It was a challenging and technical project with intersection of custom glass glazed roof, basement works, AC Systems, large extension and much more although all was approached with efficiency and a professional attitude. With out reserve we would recommend the Homeconcepts Team, thanks again all.

Homeconcepts completely stripped out our 4 bedroom house in Barnes, including converting the loft and moving a lot of interior walls.
Homeconcepts were extremely good at guiding us through the process - advising us on achieving planning approval, advice on cost effective structural changes and great with the interior decoration.
Danny, Ashton, Lucas and the team are extremely easy to get on with. They all went above and beyond, including dropping by on a Saturday afternoon when I’d forgotten how to program the heating!
The build quality was superb. Zero complaints and only positive comments from family and friends when they visit our beautiful home. Thanks again to the entire Homeconcepts Team.

We’ve used homeconcepts for two major projects over the past few years. Firstly to our house in Chiswick with a side infill extension, loft conversion and full renovation; it was amazing but we needed even more space (3 kids!). The second project has been to our new home in Barnes with a rear extension, basement and full renovation, totally opening up the back of our house and making an open plan area to the lower floor; the extended height on the basement with walk over glass… we love it! I would absolutely recommend homeconcepts, they've helped us achieve another dream and we couldn't be more pleased with it!

After interviewing four different building contractors we found Homeconcepts. The search was worth it, as we couldn’t be happier with homeconcepts and our new home! We renovated all four floor, new roof, new windows, all electrics, plumbing, Air conditioning, (wow are we glad we have that) and so much more including all the design work.
We wanted an “open plan layout” although couldn’t extend the house so through some really clever thinking we got it all in.. and the house feels much bigger! Homeconcepts were the perfect team for us to work with because they listened to what we wanted, gave amazing advice, and produced exceptional craftsmanship throughout. Lucas, Danny, Paulina, Ash all went above and beyond. They are the gift that keeps on giving. We are looking forward to the next time we have them on a project! We won’t trust anyone other than homeconcepts, thanks again Team Homeconcepts.

What can we say; it was a great experience from start to finish; we are overseas a lot and we don’t have a huge amount of time and hence their wiliness to slot in around our busy schedules was greatly appreciate. They managed to the entire process from design, planning through to construction with their own great team (did I mention Lucas… Amazing!) we love the quality that has been delivered and are enjoying are new home immensely; it’s such a huge change that it feels like we moved home! Thanks again to the team at homeconcepts for their great work and I’m sure you’ll impress by sister with the work on her home too.

We were recommended Homeconcepts by friends who had mentioned the great experience. Homeconcepts did an amazing job on our house extension Lucas our site manager was a dream always keeping things on track (along with their PM Danny) and making well thought suggestions throughout. We needed one team to handle it all as we both work a lot and have a family; they did just that for us! The interior and architectural designs, planning permissions, Structural engineers as well as a complex build all taken care off by them. Nothing was too much trouble! Their experience shined through; well dont; we have an amazing home thanks to the great team at homeconcepts.

Homeconcepts recently completed a two floor extension to the rear along with a full refurbishment of the rest of the house including A/C, Electrics, all new plumbing and the design and permissions to get us there. We were introduced to Homeconcepts by my cousin after they had a great experience with the Homeconcepts Team on their refurbishment and extension to their home in Barnes. Our new home was classic Victorian home in need of an update… and extension! We appointed Homeconcepts for a full refurb and restoration of our listed home. We were really impressed with the skill of their workers; great quality of work throughout. For a project of this size (did I mentioned the basement) it was a stress free experience with great management of the planning process as well as the various team member with weekly updates that kept us both up to date. My Sister recommended homeconcepts for our first time major building project; extension, refurbishment through with new windows etc. Homeconcepts made it an easy process; from the amazing interior design and architectural works through to managing end-to-end as we were so busy at work; the weekly updated became something I was excited to receive! The finish is to a very high standard. We're very happy with the house and the process to get here. We would unreservedly recommend homeconcepts.

My wife and I cannot thank Homeconcepts enough for the amazing work they have done to our home. The rear extension combined with loft conversion have utterly transformed not just our home but how we live. Homeconcepts not only understood our vision; they took it and improved it several times over; wow! Homeconcepts have now completed two projects for us over the last fifteen years or so.. yes we have known them for that long. The second project they just completed for us was several times more complex including a basement, landscaping, Air conditioning throughout as well as just about everything else including a new roof. From the initial design consultation to the finishing touches, homeconcepts are professional and easy to deal with. They listened all the way through the project as well as guiding us when we needed. One of my dearest friends had used homeconcepts for the design and build of their home in Chelsea; we had heard a lot about them during the works to their home and continued to hear positive feedback on the ongoing help they received from hanging pictures to updating the wifi. So that lead to our project, which they executed with the professionalism we had been told about; from the planning application, listed building consent, build and handover we have been impressed; it also was great to have known how well they had renovated our friends home, don’t tell them… I think they did an even better job for us; thanks again homeconcepts for your wonderful work.

We have had a great experience with Homeconcepts on the renovation of our home in West London. Spending a lot of time out of the UK it was great to have detailed weekly updates that kept us well informed of progress. They came highly recommended to us by our neighbours, they didn’t disappoint. The complex project was delivered on time despite various covid related supply chain problems. Homeconcepts progressed a complete Design, strip out and full refit of our 3,000 sq ft home in Chelsea including Kitchen (with two amazing islands), Bar (all with custom joinery), 4 bathrooms, Heat Pump / Air conditioning, Wood Floors, Windows and so so much more . The kitchen was enlarged with a rear extension and the Master Bedroom now has a walk in closet

Homeconcepts have done wonders with our Central London Home. One aspect that stood out with the entire Homeconcepts team; other than an amazing eye for detail was that they think ahead on solving those random problems that arise on a large project. There was never a moment when we failed to get the sense that Homeconcepts wasn’t prepared to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to deliver a quality product. We hired the homeconcepts team to fully renovate our house Central London home. Our initial problem was that we didn’t have a clear idea on how we could maximise the space; our friends had told us that homeconcepts had a great design team, they were not wrong; homeconcepts provided some excellent advice and ideas and then took all our designs through to planning with the local council. Homeconcepts then progressed and completed the build. We’re very happy with the quality of the works and the entire team from homeconcepts were highly professional, respectful of our home and knowledgeable.

Our project was large: a floor-to-ceiling renovation of our five-bedroom central London home. We chose homeconcepts for the design and renovation works, a great choice with top craftsmen! Over seven months, the team fully rewired the flat; replumbed throughout; installed new flooring, including soundproofing and underfloor heating; replaced four bathrooms; installed a new roof, installed new lighting, heating / air conditioning throughout; as well as a host of custom joinery, kitchens and fireplaces. We also had substantial structural walls to move; they managed and progressed all of this for us while we lived out of the country so we really appreciated our video calls and detailed weekly updates. It was a complicated project that was well designed, managed and progressed by the homeconcepts team.

I think I could give Homeconcepts 6 stars out of 5; from the first meeting we knew we had found the right company and Homeconcepts proved us right. A stunning transformation by the homeconcepts team! We were passed the details for homeconcepts from a close friend for whom they had rebuilt their central London home; we were quickly impressed and they have worked through the design, planning and build stages for us with a level of professionalism I had not experienced in previous building projects, the house is now quite amazing and we are settling in to our new home well, we are very happy how homeconcepts turned what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable project.

We could not have asked for a better experience with the homeconcepts team, our friends had recommended homeconcepts outlining to us that they loved how they were no ordinary building firm; they really understood how to engage with their clients and the level of customer service we were told about was evident from the get go. I am told that it’s quite unique that the works are actually progressed by their own build teams rather than subbed out to a contactor; clearly it helps them keep the quality in their work. We spend a lot of time out of the UK hence having the weekly updates / video calls was great. Great work by a great team, thanks Homeconcepts.

The Homeconcepts Team were amazing in helping us create our dream home wit the loft conversion, two storey rear extension and quite an extensive refurbishment to the house. They were really knowledgeable with the various council planning rules so we really managed to maximise what we could achieve with the house. We never had planned to progress a major renovation at our ages although needs had changed so much and it was starting to feel like the house needed a good update; homeconcepts honest advice from the beginning was a breath of fresh air; the moment that they said; “are you sure that you need to do that to get what you want out of the house” when I had suggested an expensive rear extension we knew we were working with the right people. We had thought we’d need an extension although with some great thinking they proposed reworking the top floor. I cannot tell you how amazing the transformation is, it’s an utterly different house; gone is the drab 1960’s exterior and hello 2020’s! Homeconcepts have been wonderful and we would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest; high quality building and design company, thanks again to all the team for their hard work to our now wonderful home.

We chose homeconcepts after a recommendation from my cousin; they had had a great experience with homeconcepts on the works to their home in Barnes mentioning among other things their great customer service, project management and build quality. From the initial introductions and design discussion through to the build; the team have been excellent. They have some very skilled people working for them with the all-important eye for detail not everyone has. They were transparent regarding costs and dealt with our various additional requests along the way. We wanted quality work and we got it. Any issues were resolved in a timely and fair manner, and they did everything they could to reduce the stress of a large building project. We would highly recommend Homeconcepts.

I have only good things to say about homeconcepts. We had our entire house gutted and refurbished; no escaping that the process was quite stressful but the one aspect of it that we never had to worry about was our design and build team. They were knowledgeable, thorough, dependable, and honest. The layout and design ideas of our house were spot on and we ended up with what we think is the best possible living space for our family.
Always available on the phone when we needed them and with great weekly updates it felt like we had friends renovating our home rather than a building team at times; actually we did notice how well the team got on not only with us but with each other; they really enjoy working together which is great to see.
We moved out on their suggestion which sped the works up; to be honest with the two small children this was the better option; when they explained the large scaffold with a metal cover over the entire house we agreed. Great Work Homeconcepts, thanks again.

Homeconcepts were recommended to me by a friend to get our house renovated and a basement created - they were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and professional; the planning process was well handles as were all the party wall agreements. The team were Skilled and experienced with a very refreshing can do attitude when there were changes in the plan or obstacles encountered. The work was completed on time and on budget as promised, high quality finish, no a very high quality finish, credit to the amazing Joinery and decoration teams. Cannot recommend the team highly enough.

We are very very happy with our newly renovated home. Homeconcepts were very helpful from start to finish. They offered info and advice throughout the whole project which was super useful in the design stages as I did have a few ideas they helped me refine! They produced many images and plans until the final designs were agreed. I never felt like I was asking too much or being a pain.
The homeconcepts team (we did like it was their employees not subcontractors!) were amazing and the weekly updates became my favourite part of the week! The works progressed precisely to plan (regardless of the Covid problems) and without any overrun or additional costs. The works were exactly as described; we now have a renovated house with loft conversion and large Ground floor extension.
I would certainly recommend homeconcepts.
Thanks to all the team for your help and for making my first (and only) house renovation / extension project easy; we’ve been telling our friends and family and when we are allowed, we can show them too!

Homeconcepts recently extended and renovated our house in Barnes. Before it was a dated house that looked very tired; we are now loving our new, improved (and much larger!) home. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the homeconcepts team; from their amazing Project Manager Danny who introduced me to Stroopwaffles to our lovely Site Manager Lucas and the design team who helped us use every square foot of space; we’d love the nothing was a problem attitude of the team and felt very well looked after.
Communication was excellent throughout the project, pricing was clear and the build team were efficient and had a great work ethic; you can tell they had all spent many years working together. We’ll happily call homeconcepts again next time we need a renovation; not planning on moving for a few years but you’ll be our first call.

To be honest without Homeconcepts I don’t think we would have taken on the renovation of our new West London home; they helped us through each stage of the design, planning and build process; the visit before we put an offer in to help run us through our ideas for the house really helped us think about what the house could become. The weekly updates and video calls were helpful as we spent a lot of time in Cornwall while the house was renovated and extended. The house is great; a complete transformation; we’ve now asked Homeconcepts to renovate our Cornwall beach house which I’m sure will also be a total success.

Homeconcepts were recommended to us by our neighbours who had used them twice before over the years; Homeconcepts immediately impressed with their enthusiasm, competence and guidance. Our job was a loft conversion, rear extension and complete refit of the house internally including 4 bathrooms, kitchen, utility, electrics heating and windows. We didn't want a separate architect but wanted a design and build firm that could readily take on the job and still help steer us in right direction when necessary. This they did and the team on site were great. They also had the added pressure of me being pregnant and on site and to get the work done before the due date, they were amazing and achieved it! They were professional, communicative, competitive and really helpful throughout, and have continued to be so after the renovations was completed.

They were extremely professional and collaborative throughout the process. As well as their outstanding building expertise and craftsmanship I loved the creative interior design. Our new neighbours recommend that we use Homeconcepts for our London Home; we were looking for a company that could design, submit the plans and then progress the build stages, homeconcepts provided. We now have an additional floor, renovated house with rear extension. The regular updates were a win; especially with the amount we travel. We gave the team a tough deadline, and they beat it by a week even though my wife and I had asked for various changes along the way as we saw the new spaces appear; they also kept to budget. Suggesting using a Heat Pump / Air Conditioning system instead of underfloor heating has had us praising the team every time the mercury hits 25 and we equally love the distributed, fast heating, there are so many more details that are great and the team got right; rest assured; they’re a great team of professionals that we would recommend to all.

We were so happy with finding Homeconcepts; we live in France and had homeconcepts fully renovate our new home in London. It was a full renovation with Roof, Heating, floors, windows, bathroom, kitchen etc.. In the design stages we met them in London once and they then came to Paris to view our home and see the style we were looking to emulate in London. Once the works started they kept us full informed throughout the build process each week we received a pdf with pictures and schedule and it is very reassuring as we live far away and we only came in twice to visit during the works. We now have a beautiful home in London that all the family use. We can’t thank Homeconcepts enough and it’s great having them on hand whenever we need them.

Homeconcepts has just completed the renovation of our Grade II Georgian town house for us. Their attention to detail was outstanding and we were kept informed throughout the process by their Project Manager (we particularly liked the weekly updates with photos and videos). The agreed timescales were met (they finished 2 weeks early) and within the budget. All members of the team were friendly, helpful and very hardworking. We’re really happy with our home and would definitely highly recommend them.

My wife found homeconcepts and their amazing team through the Houzz website and have since recommended them to friends and family; their a good reliable contractor who knows how to design and build. Since the initial meeting they have designed and renovated our West London home as well as our home in France.. I'm currently sat in that now as I type; it's an amazing space. We spend a lot of time out of the UK so it’s great to have a reliable team and combined with weekly updates; the videos we were sent were really helpful also. On the recommendation of a close friend we were introduced to homeconcepts with a vision of extending our 3 Bedroom home. A highly recommended team of experts! Homeconcepts managed to completely renovate our house in London including the new kitchen extension, loft conversion and front and rear landscaping. The team came highly recommended by a work colleague, who himself had had them recommended by another colleague in the office! From the first meeting they were very clear and honest in their communication, something which we feel sets them apart from the competition. We had regular meetings 'on site' and felt that we could ring Ashton or Danny with any queries no matter how trivial they might have seemed. We were happy with the proposed plans for the works and the council approved them on schedule so the homeconcepts build team could get started. We agreed a detailed scope and budget ahead of the project and appreciated the flexibility on the timings of invoices. This all helped to make us feel completely at ease. The team brought more to the project than we could have imagined, we would often get suggestions for innovative design ideas. Being split between offices in two countries does not give me much time so it was great to receive details weekly updates and videos.
Having been through the process a few times before it was important for us that we were dealing with one firm this time so having one point of contact rather than multiple contractors was much more effective and time efficient!
The homeconcepts team were professional, flexible, effective and hard working. We highly recommend Homeconcepts.

We made an excellent decision; we chose Homeconcepts to strip out and rebuild our terraced house in Fulham. Throughout the process, the entire team has worked and acted with integrity, attention to detail and a really positive attitude. They started on time and pushed on with the works and kept to schedule even with the additional work we added on. Our weekly updates with the project manager Danny were invaluable as we were able to keep up excellent levels of communication. Homeconcepts project managed it excellently and gave us clear deadlines on when they needed our decisions for fixtures, fittings, flooring, paints, appliances etc.
Danny, our project manager and Lucas our site manager did an amazing job keeping on top and pushing the works forward and quickly coming up with solutions to on site issues. Lucas led his team well and got the best of the entire team. The quality of the finish has been superb with minimal snagging.
Homeconcepts could not have done better and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I don’t think we could be more pleased with the work that Homeconcepts has done for us. The quality has been outstanding, we recommend Homeconcepts unreservedly. Our project was a large one: a complete renovation of a Victorian three bedroom mansion block flat requiring Homeconcepts to progress all of the plans/ designs and permissions such as License to Alter from our Managing Agents; they took care of it all! The works included complex structural openings (with 5 floors above),wiring, plumbing, boarding, plastering, new kitchens, bathrooms, floors etc. they have been amazing. Great insight and suggestions and the design work has been second to none!
Homeconcepts was always prepared to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to deliver an amazing new home for us. We have rarely had so positive an experience with a business as this, well done Homeconcepts and thanks again to Danny, Lucas, Ash and the team.

I rarely have time to leave feedback, with a lot of time spent out of the UK with work but on this occasion, it is the least I can do! Homeconcepts have been outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. Homeconcepts progressed a loft conversion, full extension and back to brick refurbishment of the rest of the house. It feels utterly transformed; it was a boxy tight collection of rooms and now is open, flowing and light. The design process was well structured and seamless; Danny and the team kept me updated throughout the building process with amazing weekly updates on a Friday with photos / videos which were appreciated with my working hours. Homeconcepts were a referral from a friend; what can we say…Excellent workmanship, delivered on time, pleasure to work with, great suggestions throughout and a team that really cares. Did we mention the communication! Danny and the team’s weekly updates combined with regular feedback meant everything was clear and we always felt up to date on how the progress of the project.
We used homeconcepts full design & build service as well as the interior design service. The quality of finish throughout is incredible, we’ve already had our friends who visit say how impressed they are with the level of finish on our house, we have to agree.

I was asked by Homeconcepts to leave a review for them and after the work they have progressed for us to both our homes how could I say no! From the outset they offered a professional structured service; they offer a wonderful service encompassing the all-important combination of great Project Management (did I mention Danny’s amazing weekly updates!), Design and Building Team. Our London home turned out so well we asked them to Project Manage our build in the States which they kindly took on despite a lot of Jet lag and late nights managing the project; it’s amazing both homes have this great feel where they are quite different although tied together with key themes such as the color scheme, Bathroom fixtures and fittings and the Kitchen. My wife and would recommend homeconcepts highly, such a great team.

What a difference! Having worked with a couple of contractors in the past; Homeconcepts had a refreshing approach. Homeconcepts recently completed the second major renovation for us. We don’t live in London full time and both work what seams to be 24/7 combined with family life so we handed the project into the capable hands of Homeconcepts. As previously we received regular updates with photographs and emails keeping us informed on progress. The project was larger this time than last with homeconcepts handling all of the architectural design, interior design, renovations including the Air Conditioning (which we love using for heating in the winter as it has a really dry heat) The quality of work was superb, with an attention to detail we’ve found hard to find elsewhere. We love the house and the Homeconcepts team come highly recommended, hopefully it will be a few years before we progress another renovation although when we do it will be homeconcepts doing it!

We again had there close attention to detail in the design and specification stage followed by superb execution; this time they took the roof of our new home; added another floor; extended out two floors and refurbished the rest; not to forget the new wall at the front and entrance path! Superb Work! I can honestly say that we had a great experience from the outset with the entire homeconcepts team. From the initial meeting right through to the completion of the entire renovation of our home in West London. We found the detailed pricing and projects plans combined with the weekly updates on progress really helpful as we both work full time and have kids hence don’t have a lot of spare time. The designs ideas for the bathroom quite simply look stunning; we’d not thought of using this combination of materials before although combined with the various recessed lighting elements it really works. The loft conversion and side / rear extensions have transformed how we live in our house… gone is the pokey kitchen and hello to a huge open plan living / kitchen area. I was referred to Homeconcepts by a friend who had used them twice over the years. From the outset I could see why they had been recommended, we had a quote and outline plans within a couple of weeks of our initial enquiry and had the works booked in not long after that. The project went really well and we enjoyed the weekly updates with photos and the regular face time calls to Danny the Project Manager were really helpful as we travel a lot. The team did quite simply a superb job on the entire project, we could not be happier with the finished home. The house was originally built around 1890 and retained many traditional features as well as a few additionals added over time, homeconcepts had a great grasp on mixing the modern with the classical features of the home. We wanted to reconfigure the house to produce a light open living and entertaining area with a modern functional kitchen and ensuites to all bedrooms. Homeconcepts completed a full refurbishment of our home including an extension and additional floor, although as they know I love the new custom kitchen the best; combined with the extension it has changed the way we live in the house. We wanted a light and airy space and we got it, the suggestion for the sliding patio doors that recessed into the wall has worked so well. We’ll no doubt be here a few years but when we do move we’ll be calling the homeconcepts team again. We wouldn’t dream of hiring someone else now to be honest!

A colleague of mine recommended Homeconcepts last year after they had their town house in Hampstead renovated with them. They only had good things to say so I thought I'd meet with them. I spend a lot of time travelling with work so I wanted a firm we could trust. I understood within around 2 minutes why my friend had used them. All the right questions were being asked and not only that; they came up with a new idea for the living space we hadn't thought of at all! The planning and design stage went well and they, like us, wanted everything pinned down before we started so as to avoid any surprises. The refurbishment went well. I don't think either of us could have been happier, it's just such a better place to live now and the final finish is superb. Thanks again to the Homeconcepts team!!

Living only in the UK for part of the year we needed to find a firm we could trust to get the job done, you’ll be glad to hear we did! We had several meetings with the homeconcepts team at the outset and then we had weekly facetime calls with the Project Manager Danny, the process worked well and when we saw the house for the first time since the works started last month we were over joyed. Obviously, there were a few minor changes and amendments to make but nothing that took more than a day or two to fix. The house itself was originally built around 1850 and not renovated for since around 1980. We had the homeconcepts team install many traditional features as they had been lost. homeconcepts had a great grasp on mixing the modern with the classical features of the home. We’ve ended up with a superb mix of classic and modern features all finished within budget and most importantly in time for our trip back! Well done to the team, posting this review seems like the least we could do as a thanks.

My wife and I are so happy with the work homeconcepts did for us, we’d had a bad experience on our last home so were very pleased to have found homeconcepts. The house we bought was in a most terrible state and homeconcepts have transformed it in to a magnificent new home! We don’t live in the UK all year around so regular updates with photos and them always at the end of the phone when needed added an extra layer of comfort. I would like to express our delight and gratitude to Home Concepts for the great job that they have done on our “new” home. We bought the house 5 years ago with plans to start the next day but life got in the way and we ended up having a few years before we got started. We approached a few firms and decided on Homeconcepts almost as soon as our first meeting was concluded. Design, specification, building works and project planning was great. It helped to get regular updates as I didn’t always have time to get in. I always felt listened to and any suggestions for the project development were always made within my budget and capabilities. I would definitely go back to Home Concepts for any further work, I don’t think it will be for a few years though… we are enjoying the house too much to move again!

Great job on the extension and refurbishment. We had an extension to increase the value on the property while also giving us some space we could enjoy for the next few years. We found Homeconcepts by doing a google / houzz search and spoke to a couple of their previous clients. After they completed the plans and planning applications we moved ahead with the work (drawings finalised beforehand). They have a great team and kept us well informed with the progress with weekly updates and photos. Having done this a few times before we found with homeconcepts it ran a lot smoother than expected and they kept to the detailed schedule provided. I’d recommend them highly.

Thanks for the help in the transformation of our flat in Knightsbridge!
We gave the Homeconcepts team a real challenge as the flat hadn't been touched for 25 years and we wanted everything we could in the space! Right from the first meeting we knew they were right for us, from the design process through to the Project planning and fit out they were always on hand and professional.
We're really happy with the refurbishment. It was an extensive list of new windows (with sound proofing which we love), Lutron, Lighting, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Layout, Flooring, Under Floor Heating, Hot Water, Network, Electrics,etc.. I don’t want to leave!

We purchased a 3-bedroom property in need of considerable refurbishment! We don’t live in the UK all year so it was important we chose a company we would really trust, we did! The works involved demolition of an existing rear extension and replacement with a glazed atrium at the rear of the house as well as full strip out and refurbishment. From Design to implementation, the Homeconcepts team were a delight to work with The mess was kept to a minimal and project manager kept us informed and updated of progress. It took 2 weeks longer than expected to complete but that was expected as we had made rather a few changes as we went along, well done homeconcepts, we look forward to using you on the next one!

Thanks for all the hard work! Homeconcepts went through all the stages of the planning, planning permissions and materials selection and then right through in to the works themselves, our home is honestly like new! Enclosing the extra balcony has given us so much more space, the new roof garden is amazing! My favourite was for the suggestion of the walk in dressing area leading into the ensuite, it's genius! As you may have guessed, we'd recommend Homeconcepts highly, just don’t tell too many people…. we don’t want them to be to booked up when we ask them to do more work in the future!

It was a large scope including initial designs, heating, A/C, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, a full rewire, plastering and pretty much everything else including furnishings to get the house finished. I think our biggest headache during the works was deciding on the paint schemes Homeconcepts presented, my wife loves yellows, I love greys! The standard of workmanship was was excellent, particularly the Joinery in the Living Room that runs through to the Kitchen area and the Bedroom wardrobes with the hidden walk through to the Ensuite. I could continue but simply will leave it that they're really did a great job!

This is the third major renovation that Home Concepts have completed for me and I would not hesitate to both use them again andhighly recommend them to my friends and family. I am not the easiest of customers as I have exacting standards not only for the work itself but also for cost and time overruns and the cleanliness of the site at handover. All of the jobs that Home Concepts have done have been to budget and to a very high standard, this latest job was in a league of its own. In order to complete on time they drafted in extra people and I have never had as good a decorator in any of my properties as the one working for Home Concepts. The end result was of an exceptionally high standard and cleaner than I have ever seen from any building firm.
I would also add that I have been able to trust Home Concepts to work in my property without me being present and they have always treated my property and belongings with the upmost respect - not something that I have found I can say of many firms.

We were recommended Homeconcepts by a close friend who had their entire house rebuilt by Homeconcepts, they were really pleased with the entire project and they couldn't have recommended them more highly. We bought a mansion block flat that had last been renovated before the Beatles! Homeconcepts did great plans and came up with some great ideas for the lighting, kitchen and bathrooms. My husband absolutely loves the Lutron lighting controls. I'm a big fan of the steam oven, great suggestion! Honestly thanks again to the entire team for a wonderful job!

The Home Concepts team are amongst the most professional and diligent I have ever worked with in my home renovations (they have carried out two for me now). One of the things I always tell my clients in my business is that the worth of a company is not just that how you react when things are going well, but how the people you choose to work react when there are any issues. That's the true strength of a company. Home Concepts did a brilliant job, and any time I had any questions or concerns with anything at all their response was outstanding. I am so happy with the work they have done and how my home looks - particularly the most recent one, people are stunned when they come in and see the transformation. Thanks for all your efforts. The only thing you have done guys is made me not want to leave this house. May be quite a few years until the next renovation!

I was very happy with the complete renovation of my Marylebone flat. This involved new, ceilings, new flooring, rewiring, new bathroom, new Kitchen, new clothes washing and drying facilities. All aspects were professionally handled from the very first run through of requirements to completion of the snag list with all the the variations that one would expect in such a project.. Consideration was paid to neighbours and I have no hesitation to strongly recommend Developing Concepts. My thanks to Ashton Hawthorne and Danny Schutt for a job well done.

I have undertaken many projects, and Homeconcepts is the one company that I can honestly say was a joy to work with. They have the winning combination of highly professional management and a superb building team. No need for ‘snag lists; there are none. I am hoping to do a complete renovation next year and would not dream of looking anywhere else.
