“CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Innovative design ideas with precise attention to detail. FP provided a thorough service from design to project management (including liaising with builder throughout project; obtaining planning permission; managing payment schedules). We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. “Whilst project co-ordinating a refurbishment, I recommended Tom's practice Wellstudio architecture to my interior design studio's clients, a young creative family who were interested in undertaking an extension on their four story East London townhouse during the full scale renovation of their property. As the clients are lovers of art, we were keen to create a unique art led structure that was a little different, even unorthodox. The result was an origami inspired copper clad extension and garden canopy that's visual simplicity belies its technical complexity. This is where Tom really displayed his excellence as an architect, as he has both the artistic vision and collaborative character to flesh out conceptual forms that are genuinely original, but crucially, he also has the communication skills and technical rigour to bring it all to fruition with professionalism and diligence. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom for clients looking for an architect who can create something highly personalised to their needs and aesthetic.”

“We had bought a 1 bed basement flat that had a garden in Richmond and we wanted to convert it to a two bed flat with an extension to the rear. This was a very tight space to work with but Rob not only managed to manipulate the layout to get the second bedroom to work and provide the open plan living that we were after, he also suggested that we build a log cabin style building at the end of the garden with an en-suite included. This versatile additional space could be used as an addition guest bedroom, a home office or even a cinema room. Rob is very reliable and has an excellent technical knowledge. No problem was too difficult to overcome and he went over and above with the service he promised. 5 stars.”
