Flik Design designed and conducted our project from the beginning to the end, always present and helping us at each step of the building of our extension. The Architect Paul Zakevicius design ideas were highly impressive, using modern architecture, clean lines, glass and aluminium, cleverly maximising the space and still marrying seamlessly with our 1900 style house. We were proposed 3D graphics of our project, amended several times to our requirements, that helped a lot to visualise it before starting. We also got a great help on all legal and administrative points to cover when executing this type of work. The team of workers and builders was absolutely awesome. Arriving always on time and working hard throughout the day. Deliveries were happening smoothly and on time as well. In a few words: Huge equipment, precision tools, serious team of highly skilled and organised professionals, never cutting any corners, and going the extra mile to fulfil our demands. During the time necessary to execute the conversion, we never missed any supply, being water, gas, electrics or central heating. Payments were happening at regular intervals following the plan, and accurate evaluations of the accomplished work. A total peace of mind. We could not be more satisfied of our experience with Flik Design and would warmly recommend them to anyone planning a building or renovation.
