SVETLIK architecture is a small neighborhood firm in Seattle that specializes in budget and environmentally conscious residential projects. Our work ranges widely in scale and scope: from simple economical remodels, efficient additions on existing homes, to highly creative custom homes that respond to each client and site’s unique context. We strongly believe that architecture is the unity of building science and art. We strive to integrate resourceful materials, logical building systems, and appropriate detailing to transform inspired design into great architecture.
