“We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“Luna Park Construction (LPC) was easy to work with all throughout our project. Overall, we added 900 sq feet to our house - 450 sq feet to the basement and a new primary suite above that. Aaron and his crew did all inside and outside framing, preparing the roof for shingles and completing the roofing. They also installed all windows, doors and sided the entire addition. One of the challenges we had was that the concrete companies went on strike for about a month and Aaron was able to work around that by adjusting his schedule to get our project back on track. We were very happy with the quality of the work that LPC did and would use them again without hesitation.”

“in Renton, WA Project: Install a Wood Fence The team members were all very nice and did an outstanding job on my fence. On the last day, they worked through rain and until 7:30 pm to get the job done by the deadline. I will use them again and recommend them freely.”

Having worked with Chris as collaborator and client, I am perhaps in a special place to observe that inherent to his design process are old school values that today sometimes get lost in the pace, namely loyalty and sincerity. When he re-visioned the roofline on our home it brought everything into balance, including budget and construction efficiency. “Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room.
