I have worked with Gary on several projects in the last few years and can say he and his team are truly outstanding! They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is scheduled in a timely manner and that things are done smoothly and in proper sequence to insure premium results. I have found him to be a highly dedicate true professional in his field and am always proud to be involved in any projects they are on.

Drake completely remodeled our first floor (approximately 2,100 square feet) and added a second story (for a total of approximately 4,000 square feet) with plans and specifications prepared by architect Ward Jewell. The completed project is absolutely beautiful and of the highest quality. Gary Drake and his team were with us every step of the way during the job, which was completed in approximately 11 months. Gary is experienced, honest and extremely responsive. Gary has a keen eye for detail and inspected the job site personally on a regular basis during construction. Gary was also very creative in solving issues as they arose. There were a few instances where the original construction was not performed properly and Gary always explained how the work should have been done and how his team was going to correct it. Drake Construction has long standing relationships with its subs and it was evident during the job. We always felt that the subs were being tightly managed and that they truly cared about the quality of their work. Rick Nordstrom is the best job site supervisor on the planet. Drake Construction is a first rate General Contractor. I am particularly impressed with their historic remodels, having completed the renovation of a Paul William's House in Los Angeles.
