CorePro carried out a major project for me, completely remodelling my four storey property in Putney into two flats with commercial premises on the ground floor and the basement. They proved to be an outstanding main contractor, and this was a god-send as I am based outside London and unable regularly to check on progress. I had to put my faith in their doing the job on time and to the specification and quality I expected, and they did not let me down. The project was completed and handed over to us just before the lockdown. I am very satisfied with CorePro at every level. Without exception, from the helpful and committed management down to individual workmen, the whole team was professional, respectful and friendly. They carried out precision work with great attention to detail; they were diligent and flexible throughout, and a real pleasure to work with. The project was completed on-time. All work was done to unusually high standard and within the agreed budget. I am very happy with the quality of the work done by Corepro on extending and completely reconfiguring my house. I am not giving a higher rating because the work was estimated to last for 4 months, but was not finished on time. I was not living in the house during the work (it would have been impossible) - which may have accounted for at least one week when they did no work- and that was not because of the weather- and many other days at the beginning of the project when there was no show. Moving in day was a nightmare with all their equipment still here and most of my belongings having to go upstairs. I couldn't live in the house for the next 3 days despite giving them my moving in date - which allowed for a week's 'slippage' - months beforehand. My other complaints are that, despite making a point in their publicity of project managing throughout the whole process, I had to do everything from planning when things would be needed to organising the cutting and collection of the glass panels for the front door. The final price was many thousands of pounds above the quotation. Some of this was because I added more items e.g. more radiators than quoted for, but another reason was that no price had been given for the skips to remove the extensive amount of rubble or for fitting the kitchen - because they didn't know what kitchen I was going to have. What about a ball park figure? However, the work was of a very high standard and I am very happy with my redesigned house.

I'm so glad I chose Core Pro for what turned out to be a major rebuild of my house. From the ground up I felt in safe hands. They were professional and thorough; always came up with clever ideas and sensible solutions and their standard of finish is the best I have ever experienced. I always felt they had my best interests at heart and communicated well. I'm thrilled with the result and would definitely use them again. 11 out of 10 from me. Oh and by the way- they are really nice too.

CorePro are a dedicated, professional and trustworthy team, whose quality of work and attention to detail sets them apart. Our project involved a flat conversion in a Victorian house to create a new bedroom as well as a full renovation. From the initial meeting with director Ion, I was impressed with the ideas put forward for the new layout as well as the detail within the scope of work, which made it easy for me to see how the budget broke down. There were details which we had not considered previously and Ion was direct but honest about what would be required. Ion offered informative advice throughout the planning process and once we’d been granted our planning permissions, the building project was expertly handled by Sergiu. The project ran to schedule and any problems/issues along the way were resolved quickly by Sergiu and his team. Sergiu’s attention to detail is very impressive and as well as managing each trade, he ensures that the work done is of a high quality. They had an additional headache with their client (yours truly!) being onsite most days working in order to save on the budget. Their team were not only good to work with, but offered helpful advice for the work we were carrying out, with us being novices in the DIY world! Overall they did a great job, we’d highly recommend them.

Excellent building company - we've just them for a loft extension and they have created a high quality finish space (other companies said they weren't able to do the work). They are extremely considerate about protecting our home whilst the work was underway and provided a PM to provide advice and suggestion. From our perspective they come highly recommended and we will be using them for our kitchen extension.

Corepro showed professionalism during the whole work. More so, since we stayed in our home during the work, Corepro team was always pleasant and flexible enough to accommodate our day to day life.

Employed them on two jobs - complete refurbishment of two bedroom central London flat - faultless work and polite, hard-working employees taking pride in their work. CorePro Ltd offer an intelligent, attentive and totally reliable service. I employed them to carry out major refurbishments at my new flat - which involved totally rewiring the electrics, extensive plumbing works and demolishing and relocating walls. They also helped me to realise my plans to install a new kitchen and bathroom, build new cupboards, instate oak flooring and to paint and decorate throughout. After a thoughtful first meeting with Ion, Artiom took over the project management of the entire works - which evolved somewhat over three months! Despite which, Artiom was good humoured and patient in helping achieve my particular brief and it was always a pleasure to talk things through. I have no hesitation in highly recommending CorePro. I know them to be an ambitious and savvy company who fully understand that customer satisfaction is key to their continued success. Their attention to detail and the final finish achieved were down to a genuine pride in their workmanship and a sincere commitment to delivering a great job. They deserve to do well.

We were very happy with the work that Ion, Sergiu and their team did on our extension. They delivered on time and to a high standard, they worked weekends/long hours to ensure the work progressed on schedule and also paid close attention to detail, to ensure everything was addressed and that the finish was excellent quality. They were very responsive to any requests we made to changes from the original plans and often provided helpful suggestions for improvements.
