Construction Corps did an outstanding job from beginning to end. The team was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship really stood out, and they delivered exactly what they promised. The biggest red flag when working with a contractor is needing an attorney just to get answers. I hired Construction Corps to rebuild my home after it flooded during Hurricane Helene. The home had already been gutted, cleaned, and professionally treated immediately after the flooding, so the primary scope of work was rebuilding the home and replacing the plumbing. The owner continues to claim my project stopped because I lacked funds. My experience was different. The project stopped after I refused to pay additional charges for plumbing work that I had fully disclosed before signing the contract, including photos, videos, and a plumbing inspection showing full pipe replacement was needed. I was told this work was included in the original quote. The owner has been extremely challenging to work with throughout this process. In my experience, customer service and addressing legitimate concerns appear to be at the bottom of his priority list. Rather than working toward solutions, simple requests for documentation and clarification have turned into months of frustration. More than six months after my attorney requested documentation, I still have not received a clear accounting of completed work, supporting cost documentation, or a return of funds. Based on the work I can verify was not completed, I believe more than $20,000 remains unaccounted for. I have repeatedly been told that because the project was bid as a whole rather than by line item, there is no need to explain specific charges or provide proof of completed work. Meanwhile, my home remains unfinished with a large hole in the structure and no completed plumbing work visible. Transparency, accountability, and communication matter. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Two years ago, we bought a house, in our walkthrough we see some repair or upgrade in need, as roof front and back porch, electrical , structure, plumbing pavers, paint. We invited for bid to Construction Corp. Construction Corp was hired to remodel our house, in all process we were living in the house, we are glad to hire them (Construction Corp) they work ethic as professionals was very appreciated. if in the future we need to do another project for sure Construction Corp be the one to be hired

After Hurricanes Helena and Milton, I thought I might have lost the 1938 Beach Cottage I had owned and loved since 1982. She was so badly damaged with water 3+ feet high inside the house, rapdily growing mold and endless red tape/bureaucracy to overcome with the City, County and FEMA (50% Rule)! Matt Thompson/Construction Corps reached out after seeing my post on Facebook. Construction Corps did the mold remediation and then began the process of restoring the Beach Cottage after waiting 322 days to get permits! Winter assisted with Permits, Jonathan developed the Proposal, Jedi oversaw the Project and so many others assisted in the restoration. All the Construction Corps employees and subcontractors were polite and professional throughout the process. While FEMA 50% Rule restricted us in some ways, Construction Corps (employees and subcontractors) restored much of the look, character and feel of the original 1938 Beach Cottage. (Shiplap Walls, 1910 Cast Iron Tub, Archway) The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent! We completed a full renovation of our home earlier this year, including a large primary bedroom and a beautiful master bathroom addition, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, the communication stood out. During the design and engineering phase, the team took the time to walk us through everything carefully. They explained the plans, helped us think through layout decisions, and made thoughtful suggestions that genuinely improved the project. I always felt informed and comfortable with the process, which was incredibly important given the scale of the renovation. The craftsmanship throughout the home is exceptional. It made a huge difference to feel comfortable with the team while living through a renovation. Another thing I deeply appreciated was how clean and organized the site was kept. Renovations can easily become chaotic, but the crew made a real effort to maintain order and respect our home. Tools were put away, debris was managed properly, and the house never felt out of control during construction. In the end, the entire experience felt thoughtful, professional, and very well managed from start to finish. The final result has completely transformed our home, and we're genuinely grateful for the level of care and craftsmanship that went into it. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Mark and his team did an amazing job repairing an exterior wall that had a water leak, installing new flooring, and painting. Like many home projects, when the wall was opened up there was more damage than expected but we got it done and I am thrilled with the result. Thank you very much for the great work.

Construction Corps has been working with us for the past year on multiple commercial construction projects, remodeling our schools. The work has surpassed $1,000,000 thus far. They have done flooring, trim work, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, restoration and mold remediation, drywall, painting, steel-framed modular partitions, roofing, windows, custom doors and custom reception desks. They also helped us with some HVAC troubleshooting which we needed at one point. We have been working with Jonathan and the owner/ GC, Matt, they have always been informative, helpful, transparent, met our budget demands and time constraints. In situations that need to be quickly resolved they have been there to save the day. I will give a brief example, right before Hurricane Milton & Hurricane Helene came through, we had existing water leaks in a section of one of our schools that was leaking with regular rainfall. In less than one week’s time Construction Corps were able to get their roofers out there to fully replace the flat roof which was done without a hitch and saved us from any storm damage. I would highly recommend Construction Corps for any of your construction needs, this is a business who cares about their clients and their quality of work, are consistent and do what they say they’re going to do which is hard to find.

Rang up a few different Construction companies for some remodeling work on my new house in Clearwater. Matt was the most responsive and turned up early for our appointment. His crew removed the texture from the walls, installed new flooring and painted the house. They did a brilliant job and left the place spotless.

We hired George and his crew to do some work at my in-law's bathroom in Tampa. They had a pretty bad mold situation, and we had to get a mold remediation company involved. Those guys worked fast and even went the extra mile to make sure everything was sealed up properly so we wouldn't have to deal with this mess again. They made a very stressful situation for my wife and I so much easier, now we can rest assured that her parents are taken care of, the mold is gone, and we'd highly recommend them. Looking forward to having them do a remodel for us in the next few months.

I had a complicated project at one of my investment properties in Palm Harbor. A contracting company simply disappeared after half demoing the interior of six units. I did have a slightly cheaper quote for my home-extension but eventually went with Construction Corps because they seemed more knowledgeable and experienced. They started 3 days later than they promised but apart from that, they didn’t put a foot wrong. The craftmanship was great, the work was executed in a very timely fashion, and the owner’s handling of our building inspector was magical. It’s been great working with this team of hardworking problem solvers. These guys are the best!
