Window # 104 was reordered as the result of a tech error prior to the onset of the installation. I appreciate the manner that the error was reported to me and my spouse by Daniel. A resolution was promptly offered and a JIP was initiated to complete the work when window #104 arrives. The two installation techs (Josh T. and James M.) who completed the installation of the correct windows that we received did the work and answered questions in a professional and clear manner.
