Before renovating, this bright and airy family kitchen was small, cramped and dark. The dining room was being used for spillover storage, and there was hardly room for two cooks in the kitchen. By knocking out the wall separating the two rooms, we created a large kitchen space with plenty of storage, space for cooking and baking, and a gathering table for kids and family friends. The dark navy blue cabinets set apart the area for baking, with a deep, bright counter for cooling racks, a tiled niche for the mixer, and pantries dedicated to baking supplies. The space next to the beverage center was used to create a beautiful eat-in dining area with an over-sized pendant and provided a stunning focal point visible from the front entry. This study was designed with a young family in mind. A longhorn fan a black and white print was featured and used family photos and kids artwork for accents. Adding a few accessories on the bookcase with favorite books on the shelves give this space finishing touches. A mid-century desk and chair was recommended from CB2 to give the space a more modern feel but keeping a little traditional in the mix. ?На этапе проектирования мы сразу сделали все рабочие чертежи для для комфортной расстановки мебели для нескольких детей, так что комната будет расти вместе с количеством жителей. ?Из комнаты есть выход на большой остекленный балкон, который вмещает в себя рабочую зону для уроков и спорт уголок, который заказчики доделают в процессе взросления деток. ?На стене у нас изначально планировался другой сюжет, но ручная роспись в виде карты мира получилась даже лучше, чем мы планировали.
