Ristrutturazione completa Ampia villa in città, all'interno di un contesto storico unico. Spazi ampi e moderni suddivisi su due piani. L'intervento è stato un importante restauro dell'edificio ma è anche caratterizzato da scelte che hanno permesso di far convivere storico e moderno in spazi ricercati e raffinati. Sala svago e tv. Sono presenti tappeti ed è evidente il camino passante tra questa stanza ed il salone principale. Evidenti le volte a crociera che connotano il locale che antecedentemente era adibito a stalla. Le murature in mattoni a vista sono stati accuratamente ristrutturati

This is a custom entertainment unit that is multifunctional. It's not just what you see but also what you don't. The unit houses a rack system with both audio and visual component equipment. The unit was hand finished in house then delivered and installed on site. The trim work around the coffered ceiling was also part of the project. Stylistically the unit might be considered traditional/transitional. The wood species is Maple with an ebonized finish.

This 2-story home includes a 3- car garage with mudroom entry, an inviting front porch with decorative posts, and a screened-in porch. The home features an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings on the 1st floor and impressive detailing throughout. A dramatic 2-story ceiling creates a grand first impression in the foyer, where hardwood flooring extends into the adjacent formal dining room elegant coffered ceiling accented by craftsman style wainscoting and chair rail. Just beyond the Foyer, the great room with a 2-story ceiling, the kitchen, breakfast area, and hearth room share an open plan. The spacious kitchen includes that opens to the breakfast area, quartz countertops with tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, attractive cabinetry with crown molding, and a corner pantry. The connecting hearth room is a cozy retreat that includes a gas fireplace with stone surround and shiplap. The floor plan also includes a study with French doors and a convenient bonus room for additional flexible living space. The transformation of this living room began with wallpaper and ended with new custom furniture. We added a media builtin cabinet with loads of storage and designed it to look like a beautiful piece of furniture. Custom swivel chairs each got a leather ottoman and a cozy loveseat and sofa with coffee table and stunning end tables rounded off the seating area. The writing desk in the space added a work zone. Final touches included custom drapery, lighting and artwork.
