Painted the exterior brick and trim of an apartment building in the Keele and 401 area of Toronto. The result was a a contemporary and sophisticated looking building.

From the dramatic IPE siding to the oversized patio doors and rooftop patio, this 5,000 sf home on the waterway is the ultimate family beach house. The interior living areas all focus on the dramatic views overlooking the water and each bedroom has oversized windows that allow lots of natural light. There is a large wrap around porch on the main level and private balconies off bedrooms, as well as the dramatic rooftop patio that offers 360 degree views.

A renovation completed in Floreat. The home was completely destroyed by fire, Building 51 helped bring the home back to new again while also adding on a second storey.

Some refer to this home as a Pacific Northwest Modern while others Mountain Contemporary and others consider it as modern ranch home, no matter your preference this home is tied to its surroundings, enhancing the ability to experience both home and nature together. This home is in Central Oregon where the homeowners enjoy panoramic views of the Cascade mountain range. The primary residence is under 2700 square feet, with a guest casita just over 700 square feet. As you enter the home, you cannot help but notice the mountain views, and modern-contemporary interior. Separating, the living room from the dining room is a beautiful contemporary fireplace. Entering the dining room and kitchen, you cannot help but know the homeowners have a passion for wine as you see the glassed-in elegant wine cellar. Greyed woods and metal are a feature of the stairs leading up to the bridge where you can enjoy breathtaking views. Across from the staircase is a home office. The main level also features a spacious master suite and dressing closet with pass-thru for convenient laundering. Upstairs there is another office facing the barn, where the homeowner can look in on their horses. Also upstairs there is another flexible space room and full bathroom. A guest casita is separate from the primary residence by a covered outdoor kitchen, living and entertaining space. The casita features an open kitchen with island/bar seating and living room with a bedroom and bath.

This secluded single-family home in Great Falls, had a beautiful backyard setting. The owners recently built a gorgeous pool and surround deck on the right side of the house in their backyard. They inherited a rundown deck off of the kitchen patio doors. Our team designed a two-story outdoor living addition which offers the family everything that they can hope for in outdoor living. Our massive plan required excavation to make the lower level patio both attractive and functional for all kinds of outdoor activity. We excavated down two feet to create a nine-foot high patio, cut concrete walls to add French doors from to dark and unused side of the basement bringing improved use for the basement. The entire back wall was covered with matching brick veneer to entire front and side elevations. The roof of this patio was covered with EPDM roofing rolls to make the lower patio stay dry and protected. Steps away from pool sun deck, this flagstone covered patio turned into a prime space for entertainment. The built-in middle bar equipped with under counter beverage fridge and beer tab to make gatherings more exciting. The side steps built in with matching solid stone threads offered access to driveway and the second floor covered porch. The second floor is finished with porcelain floor tiles, stain grade ceiling panels, wrought iron rails, decorative recessed panel columns, hanging gorgeous ceiling fans steps away from the kitchen. Just outside of this covered porch, there is a deck with the same tile floor facing the pool area offering a breath taking view. Carefully selection of soft toned wood looking plank porcelain tiles compliment the knotty soft grey stain ceiling panels making this project one that shines even on rainy days.
