Spaces for reading. Love of a turquoise blue. LiLu Interiors helped a cultured, outdoorsy couple create their year-round home near Lutsen as a place of live, work, and retreat, using inviting materials, detailing, and décor that say “Welcome,” muddy paws or not. ---- Project designed by Minneapolis interior design studio LiLu Interiors. An outdoor shower was added to the outdoor living space with the same artistry and craftsmanship as found throughout the entire project. The area features a custom shower made of Knotwood with glass tile in Luanda Bay Abruzzo Pearl lining the entire wall. Ipe wood and artificial turf accent the area. Photography by Jimi Smith.

Charming and timeless, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, freshly-painted brick Dutch Colonial nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Sauer’s Gardens (in the Mary Munford Elementary School district)! We have fully-renovated and expanded this home to include the stylish and must-have modern upgrades, but have also worked to preserve the character of a historic 1920’s home.
