We designed an update to this small guest cloakroom in a period property in Edgbaston. We used a calming colour palette and introduced texture in some of the tiled areas which are highlighted with the placement of lights. A bespoke vanity was created from Caeserstone Quartz to fit the space perfectly and create a streamlined design.

This 5 bedrooms, 3.4 baths, 3,359 sq. ft. Contemporary home with stunning floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, wows with abundant natural light. The open concept is built for entertaining, and the counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplashes provide a multi-textured visual effect that works playfully with the monolithic linear fireplace. A large hallway close to the foyer was used to build the powder room. The lack of windows and natural lights called for the need of extra lighting and some "Wows". We chose a beautiful white onyx slab, added a 6"H skirt and underlit it with LED strip lights. Our clients for this project wanted help with furnishing this home that they recently moved to. They wanted us to change the lighting as well and make the space their own. One of our clients preferred a farmhouse aesthetic while the other wanted a contemporary touch. Our Montecito studio worked to find a design solution that would make both of them fall in love with their home. By mixing dark metals and weathered wood with neutral fabrics, our studio was able to create a contemporary farmhouse feel throughout the home. To bring in another layer of interest, we worked with a local gallery to find pieces that would reflect the aesthetic of the home and add pops of color. Project designed by Montecito interior designer Margarita Bravo. She serves Montecito as well as surrounding areas such as Hope Ranch, Summerland, Santa Barbara, Isla Vista, Mission Canyon, Carpinteria, Goleta, Ojai, Los Olivos, and Solvang. This floating powder room vanity features a vertical wood grain that compliments the wood used on the kitchen island. In addition, a piece of that same wood is used as a stylized frame to the mirror to create consistency throughout the bathroom.

Complete refurbishment of an old downstairs cloakroom and toilet which had to allow for storage of visitor's coats. Installation included the marble floors with a matching vanity top. LED lighting under the vanity unit and LED strip lighting for the cupboards with door activated switches. All cupboards are bespoke and featured matched veneers
