We undertook a comprehensive bathroom remodel to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the space. To create a more open and spacious layout, we expanded the room by 2 feet, shifted the door, and reconfigured the entire layout. We utilized a variety of high-quality materials to create a simple but timeless finish palette, including a custom 96” warm wood-tone custom-made vanity by Draftwood Design, Silestone Cincel Gray quartz countertops, Hexagon Dolomite Bianco floor tiles, and Natural Dolomite Bianco wall tiles.

This sophisticated black and white bath belongs to the clients' teenage son. He requested a masculine design with a warming towel rack and radiant heated flooring. A few gold accents provide contrast against the black cabinets and pair nicely with the matte black plumbing fixtures. A tall linen cabinet provides a handy storage area for towels and toiletries. The focal point of the room is the bold shower tile accent wall that provides a welcoming surprise when entering the bath from the basement hallway.

This beautiful, functional bathroom for the family's two daughters is a light, bright and modern space. The patterned tile floor speaks to a european influence, while the clean lined vanity mirrors the hue. The custom floating maple shelves give a clean, modern and functional storage component in a beautiful way. The frameless shower enclosure features white oversized tile with white penny rounds on the floor and the shampoo niche. A soothing space for a busy family.

Another stunning view of the custom shower! I used a high cfm exhaust fan because my clients like to shower in hot water. Make sure to always consider the appropriate exhaust fan for you shower.

The Kelso's Primary Bathroom boasts a sophisticated and sleek design with its black cabinet and drawer hardware, pendant lighting, and plumbing fixtures, adding a touch of modern elegance to the space. The standout feature of the bathroom is the black tile chevron detail floor, which creates a bold and captivating visual effect. The black windows further enhance the contemporary aesthetic while allowing natural light to flood the room. The glass shower door adds a sense of openness and showcases the beautifully designed shower area. The gray cabinets offer ample storage space and provide a subtle contrast against the predominantly white backdrop. The white freestanding tub serves as a luxurious centerpiece, inviting relaxation and tranquility. The white wainscoting and walls contribute to a clean and timeless ambiance, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The Kelso's Primary Bathroom is a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and classic charm, providing a luxurious retreat within the home.

With the homeowner’s guests in mind, Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson transforms an outdated and cramped Guest Bathroom into a modern, luxury space by replacing a tiny pedestal sink with a custom built vanity providing much needed storage in a small bathroom. Making every inch count, the vanity is complete with deep storage drawers on soft-close hinges. Contemporary drawer pulls provide stylish, easy-open convenience. A petite under-mount sink allows for maximum countertop space in gleaming white marble, tying in the beautiful laser cut, oval shape stone pieces placed horizontally, Rebecca chose grey grout to surround each piece, giving it an embedded look. Carrying the feature wall from the toilet on into the back wall of the shower, this once tiny bathroom (painted red) gets a new lease on life! Rebecca’s creative solution to the lack of usable surface space was to design a custom ceiling mounted shelving unit above the toilet. Shown here, it's used for well-appointed accessory pieces but when necessary, can also serve the functional needs of guests for makeup bags, shaving kits, perfume and toiletries.
