We interviewed a lot of contractors before choosing Neev Kugel of Oasis Builders, and looking back, it wasn’t even close. Neev did an incredible job with our full kitchen remodel. Our previous kitchen was small, short on storage/counter space, and had an oversized breakfast window. Over the years, we’ve had a significant amount of work done on our homes. And because of the scope and nature of the work, we’ve dealt with more than our share of contractors. Without question, Neev Kugel and the people of Oasis Builders are the finest. Not only did he know seemingly every aspect of the construction business, but explained the process to us every step of the way. Before reaching out to them, I asked neighbors if they had any recommendations. And they didn’t. Most were lukewarm at best about ones they had used. I then went online, stumbled on Oasis Builders, and read one glowing review after another. When I called them I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who said that she would pass the message along to Neev. Shortly thereafter, I received his call, liked what I heard, agreed upon a time for him to visit our home, and after perusing the estimate, agreed to work together. It proved to be one of the better decisions we’ve ever made. He was polite, professional and true to his word. When he said the workers would arrive, they did. When he gave a date for when the work would be completed, it was. When he gave an estimate, it held. And when we needed him, he was a phone call away. After many months of searching, I finally found my dream home which was a little older and needed work. I called several contractors in the valley and although I received several reasonable quotes, no one left an impression like Neev. He was honest, up front, and always returned my calls as I made adjustments to the work I needed done. I ended up agreeing to remodel the bathroom and kichen and Oasis Builders truly shined when the work began. The crew was professional and clean. They waited outside until my fiance left for work before entering the house and always cleaned up after themselves. Neev, in the meantime, stayed responsive to my calls and followed up every day. He visited and asked for pictures to ensure the work was going as planned and stepped in the second I had concerns or if he saw anything that needed correction. I would highly recommend Oasis Builders to anyone looking to have work done in their house. They are the best in town.

Neev and his crews did a complete master bathroom remodel for me.The crews showed up on time and cleaned up the work space everyday before going home. They tore down walls, built new ones, re-worked the closet, redid electrical and plumbing, removed windows and put in glass block, removed the old tub & shower and built a new large one. I knew how I wanted my bathroom to turn out and Neev and his crew did it just the way I wanted, better than I imagined! Thank you very much I love my new master bathroom!!!

My wife and I recently purchased our second home and decided it would be a good idea to remodel it before moving in. Having gone through a really bad remodeling experience on our first home, we were very hesitant about moving forward with anyone on this project but knew the decision had to be made. After interviewing about 4-5 contractors, we narrowed it down to two finalists and decided to hire Neev and Oasis Builders to redo our new home. The project was quite extensive as we were looking to completely redo our Kitchen and three bathrooms throughout the house. From the get-go, there was something about Neev's laid-back approach which really spoke to us. Neev was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and very clear about his work process which made us feel very comfortable with him. After meeting him for the second time, we decided to hire him and at this point I can honestly say that it was probably the best decision we could have made! This remodel corrected our previous experience and was quite fun to go through. Everything just flowed so naturally. Neev guided us on where to get our materials (which we got at a significant discount using his accounts), he kept us updated on a weekly basis regarding the schedule and progress, and the quality is just top notch! The two things that impressed me the most on this remodel were that Neev told us that the project would take 3 months to complete. He was done in 2.5. The second thing was that Neev stuck and stayed true to his price. There was no funny business or bogus change orders like the last remodel we went through. We just moved into our new home last week and we are beyond ecstatic! Thank you Neev and Oasis Builders for a job well done! Oasis took on the complex job of expanding our 1925 Spanish revival home while honoring our wishes to keep many existing elements and aesthetics of the period. Complications with the city and LADWP made things take much longer than they anticipated, but they were communicative and patient the whole way through. These are the only people I know in the construction business who don’t drop all communications for what seems like an eternity. When some things went wrong, they were very generous with their time and managing the costs of solutions. And when it came to details, they absolutely want their clients to be happy. The only complaint would be that sometimes they aren’t upfront about the cost that certain surprises would be—sometimes we thought a modification wouldn’t be at additional cost but then we were billed. Still this is very solve-able by just asking initially—they will always be transparent about price, and honestly very very fair. Both Neev and Ron are standup guys that I trust want to do the best by anyone they work with. They are honest about the depth (and even limits) of their expertise, and are here to help you achieve your dreams.

I recently had my guest bathroom renovated by Oasis Builders, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their team was not only always on time but also had excellent communication throughout the entire process. They were professional, and attentive, and made sure to address all my concerns.
