Full disclosure, I had to work with these guys also known as New Jersey Stone, because I purchased custom counters at IKEA Paramus. The customer service has been appalling...they don't return calls or emails, they have changed appointments, and took twice as long as I was originally told for my counters to be fabricated and installed. They may have good tradesmen doing the work, but the office needs understand customer service better. I would not recommend based on my experience. If you are the their customer and not IKEA's, they may treat you better, but if you don't have an extra kitchen to use while you wait and wait and wait.....I would go elsewhere. The actual workers and tradesmen that installed and measured were good and the counters look good, but the customer service was terrible in our experience.

Love , love , love my new kitchen countertops, I could not be an happier with Atlas. I walked into their showroom clueless as to what I wanted specifically yet, Amanda was super helpful , guided me through this project wonderfully. The process was pleasant & the entire staff did a beautiful job while using safety precautions , the marble is just gorgeous!

We used Atlas for our quartz countertops in our kitchen renovation. Victoria was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of stone and helpful with narrowing down the many quartz options for the countertops. Measurements and Installation of the countertops was a smooth process.

Do not use them. They have horrific customer service. They do not respond to you. I had to bother them to get an install date, my quartzite was damaged during delivery, and it took weeks for them to repair. My suggestion is to take your money to a place that actually cares about their customers.

I am so sorry you feel this way about your experience with Atlas. It was never our intention for your counter tops to be scratched during delivery. This is something that can happen and unfortunately it did. In order to repair something of that nature onsite at your home we had to have a specific Fabricator with a high level of knowledge and that would be able to accomplish perfect workmanship at your home. I apologize that you had to wait for this particular fabricators schedule to be available to do the repair.

We certainly care very much about our clients and our Production Manager has personally reached out to you to offer our apologies for the length of time it took to get back to repair this.Fabrication and Installation occurred within 14 business days from template. I hope you love your White Macaubas Quartzite honed counter tops and your gorgeous Island with 2" miter edge. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continuously improve.

The people at Atlas were wonderful. There is an extensive selection of materials to choose from and at very competitive prices. We worked with Melanie and she was amazing. She gave us a quote the same visit where we picked our countertop. She ordered a sample and followed timely as well as responded promptly to any questions. She was able to put a rush on the installation to make a deadline before my son's graduation party and made it happen! The installation crew were friendly, professional and did a perfect job installing the countertops. The countertops fit perfectly so credit to Louis who did the measuring. I highly recommend using Atlas Marble for any countertops

I am very appreciative of the services received. Mr. Miranda was exceptional. I haven't have such a reliable service ever. Professional, clean, pleasant, respectful, in team work and concert with his associate. He values your property, work cautiously not to damage anything, protects floors, cleans continuously along with his project. His tools were all organized and respectively stored which speaks volume. He has great technical knowledge and can pick on minor imperfections that by the end could have not describe outcomes. From start to finish, Atlas helped us with our kitchen counter tops. They responded quickly to all phone calls and emails. They walked us carefully through the selection of the granite slab. They worked with us to choose the layout of the pattern on the that slab. The installation team showed up on time. Worked quickly and professionally. The job is amazing and our kitchen is extraordinary.
