Don't love the cushions on the couch, but do really like the overall living room feeling that this has. I really like the installed drop lights (not sure what the proper name is!) over the sink and fridge. I think it makes the space feel really warm and refined and like a real outdoor room.

Love the built-in grill/kitchen. I would buy this exact one if I could! Love the long counter space for food prep and serving and the separate food and wine/beer fridges. Nice classic look but still clean and modern.

Like the deep chairs and the warm colors. I like how the trellis , the chandelier and the wall sconces give the area the feeling of a living room.
