Dina, those are VintageView wine racks which you can find at WineRacks.com: https://www.wineracks.com/catalog/wine-racks-c-34/vintageview-c-34_58/?utm_source=Houzz&utm_medium=Post&utm_campaign=VintageView

Those are the VintageView racks on a floor to ceiling frame but you can also directly mount them to a wall

We also offer free custom design for these racks : http://www.wineracks.com/custom-wine-cellars/request-design.htm?utm_source=Houzz&utm_medium=Post&utm_campaign=Houzz%20Discussion

Hi Dina, yes, the room was roughly 17'x10' and 12' tall. I would be happy to provide you a quote on the racks.
