Brad and Jenn came highly recommended by a friend and were amazing to work with, full of great ideas, flexible, and had a top-notch crew. We wanted to add to the look of the house while minimizing water waste. The duo suggested an array of great-looking draught-tolerant plants, and Brad set up highly customized irrigation system that allows for independent watering of thirsty and water-sipping plants. Between the intricate CAD drawings and reference photos they provided we felt like we knew what we were in for, but it turned out even better. The ultimate compliment comes in the form of neighbors snapping cell phone shots and telling us how much they’re enjoying our new front yard. Thumbs-up for Eco!”

“I have been living In Mar-vista CA/West LA area for over 30 years. My house is about 3,000 Square feet and I have procrastinated renovating it for a very long time. I was very concerned with finding a reputable construction company as I heard so many horror stories related to this industry. I was so lucky to be referred to “kofler design build” by a close friend I trusted very much. I met with Asaf, and with no time my worries fated away. He asked me all the right questions, took notes and open my eyes to the possibilities at hand. What I liked most was that he wasn’t pushy in any fashion and told me to take my time and think things through. My main focus was on the kitchen, flooring, master bath and powder room. Within two days, Asaf emailed me a detailed proposal that fully explained the project. He of course included the total price as well as a fair stage payment process. I called him up and told him “Let’s do it”. He sent me all the documents to review and had me signed them via DocSign, at my own privacy, which was another very comforting factor. (Especially after having a guy from a different company that wouldn’t leave until I signed his contract – Terrible) After several days we met with his amazing cabinet maker to work on the kitchen design and schedule the official start date. A week later demolition started. I never imagine anyone paying so much attention to cover walls, floors, doors etc.. before the they start demolition. His crew finished all the demolition, haul away and cleaning up in one day! (WOW) The crew members and his foreman were at the house every day at 7:45 am, waiting to come in at 8:00 am sharp. The work was professional and the attention to detail was remarkable. Cabinets came out better than I thought. We had one issue with the counter tops, where the island counter broke. Asaf took care of it right away and three days later they came back to install a new one, no questions asked. Asaf Helped me with all the fixtures selection and was able to save me quite a bit of money on most of them including all the tiles. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that each day about 20/30 minutes before they finished for the day, his workers stopped everything and clean-up the work area. I am very sensitive to dust and so I found this incredibly thoughtful. The project was done in just under six weeks about a week before schedule. I don’t have much experience in renovating so it’s hard for me to compare this company to other companies, but I can most definitely say that my experience exceeded my expectations and was very, very good! They will handle everything from the idea phase, to hiring the proper General Contractor, subs, over seeing the entire process and being present at the job site during the work. They did everything from A to Z. They made redecorating my home a simple breeze. From providing me my options and giving me the pros and cons of each option with various cost estimates made it easy for me to make a comfortable informed decision on every step of the process. “Going with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. was the best decision I could have possibly made for transforming my kitchen. Price, materials, installation and service cannot be beat!! The installation was very smooth and fast. They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. They are also very accommodating. I should also point out that they did not charge me for any hidden extras or surprise costs when the work was complete. My only complaint is that the kitchen looks so good, it's making the rest of my place look damn cheesy!! I predict a trip to Sears in my immediate future, since my cheapo stove sticks out like a sore thumb. I will absolutely be back for my bathrooms. “It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication.
