IND created a closet for stackable laundry units in our house, which required the removal of a window, patching the exterior and interior of the wall, running water/gas/electrical lines, and generally trying to match the look of rest of the house. Overall, the work was done well, and we're satisfied with the results! We passed all city inspections. We ran into some hiccups along the way with cleanliness and timeliness, which had us legitimately concerned. Our project ran 2 weeks over the originally proposed schedule. However, the reason I'm leaving a 5-star review is because Erez was open to all communication and addressed our issues. He was always prompt to respond to texts and emails. We feel the human-to-human interaction is an invaluable part of the process... for this, we would work with Erez and his team again in the future.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with IND Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. After 25 years in our home with the same dated kitchen, we knew it was time for a major upgrade—and IND delivered in every way. The final product is stunning: brand-new cabinets, beautiful new lighting (including under-cabinet and toe-kick lighting), and sleek appliances all came together to create a space that’s both highly functional and gorgeous. The job site was kept clean, and everyone who came through our home was courteous and respectful. We originally found IND through a Google search, and seeing their flawless 5-star rating made it an easy choice. Now, after going through the process ourselves, we completely understand why. After experiencing water damage in my bathroom from the unit above, I decided to not only restore it but also take the opportunity to upgrade the space. This included new drywall (ceiling too!), intricate tile work, additional lighting, a heater fan, and a custom paint palette. What truly set IND Construction apart was their exceptional service. I hired IND to fully remodel my kitchen and loved my experience. Everything was as expected, and they even finished two weeks ahead of the projected schedule. IND Construction did a full demo and remodel of both the bathrooms in my condo. Eran and his crew did an amazing job, and having worked with plenty of contractors in the past, I can honestly say I do not think you will find a contractor with better communication than IND. My husband and I hired IND Construction to replace the shower in our primary bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (Our shower needed a repair that unfortunately required starting over). We worked with Erez and Javier and their team. We started on March 6th and finished on April 17th. Our project seemed simple on paper, but had some unexpected hurdles along the way. We appreciated how this team handled all of it. They worked kindly and patiently with our neighbor when a problem was discovered in a shared wall. The tile work was very well done!! If we discovered a mistake, or something we didn’t understand, or something we didn’t like…..they looked into it, explained it, and resolved it right away. They worked with us through a manufacturer defect in our tub that was discovered after install and required reinstalling a replacement tub. Throughout the project, we felt supported with clear communication and timely responses to questions or concerns. Everyone who came into our home was kind and respectful of our space, our pets and us working from home. They really stood by their work and wanted us to be happy with the final results of this investment in our home. We would highly recommend this team for your project. We love how our bathroom came out. We also really appreciate that though we had several hiccups along the way, this team was completely true to their word. If it wasn’t right, they came right back and fixed it. They were honest and kind. We have found these qualities to be hard to find.

After getting three estimates, I selected Dorel from IND to remodel a condo I have in San Pedro. The price was in the middle of the other two (although they were fairly close together.) The project was a total internal remodel including new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The IND Team was fast, efficient and kept up up-to-date with their progress. They were easy to work with and they were on time. (That is unusual with contractors.) The key was getting everything to them when needed so they could keep up with the schedule. I was very impressed with the entire process and used them to do a remodel project in my home. They value their customers and Dorel sent a few gifts at different times as a thank you for my business. The most important aspect of all of the work with them is that they kept true to the schedule.

For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. We are very pleased to have worked with IND for this project, specifically their project manager Erez and foreman Allan. Since it was our first time doing anything like this, we were unsure at many points along the way about the process, but Erez and Allan both did a great job answering the many, many questions we had and guiding us through. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit. Rather than a back-and-forth, Erez and the whole team simply stepped up to re-do a lot of work to make the piece work as planned. Huge shout-out to the crew who worked extra to keep the delays to a minimum! Communication was challenging at times between us, IND, and a designer, but everyone was professional, transparent, and in the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and living space that we love. We really appreciated how the work and pricing was laid out up front, the pace at which work was completed, and that we could rely on them for vendor recommendations for every part of the work. I hired IND to do repairs and waterproofing work for an ADU that had mold remediation work done. They did an excellent job replacing the damaged materials and solving the water intrusion issues. The project was complete on time and on budget. The communication was timely and informative. I would not hesitate to use IND for future construction projects.

I had a bathroom remodel done by IND Construction. Erez Shifferman was the project manager. Erez was easy to work with, very attentive and gave me feedback on things I wanted and needed. I was told this remodel would take three weeks. It was done in three weeks. His crews were very professional and did a very good job cleaning up after the project.

Owning a home for almost 30 years means updating, and I have to admit we were a bit shy about hiring guys to fix our en suite bathroom for the master bedroom. Fortunately we had neighbors who couldn't say enough about IND. They redid their bathroom, and we were impressed that they were so pleased with the results, since they hate everything. So we took the plunge, and we're both SO GLAD we did. Dorel and Amir ran our remodel, and they took all of 29 days (including a Holiday week) to transform our unusable bathroom into a working and pleasant place. We have a house on the hillside in Sherman Oaks and wanted to fully redesign and modernize our kitchen and do it so it would take advantage of our great valley views. The job has just been finished. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more. We hired IND Construction. The quality of their work was first rate. The workers were invariably highly skilled, friendly and considerate. The job was completed on budget with no surprises for extras. Erez Shifferman, IND’s Senior Project Manager, and Allan Pineda, IND’s foreman for the job, guided us through all aspects of the renovation with skill and kindness. Whenever we had to choose designs, Erez and his team advised us well, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of this business. Whatever we asked to have done was done just as we requested. Whenever issues arose, Erez and Allan resolved them patiently and effectively. When a major kitchen renovation is in progress, there is a risk living in the house will become intolerable. Everything Erez, Allan and IND could do to minimize inconvenience for us was done effectively. The workers cleaned up carefully after each work day. We were surprised our lives could continue with a minimum of upheaval. We could not be happier or more grateful. Our high expectations for what our kitchen would become have been exceeded. We love how it looks, how it functions and how spectacular the views from it have become. It has been a great pleasure to have IND build it for us.

We hired IND Construction to do a complete remodel of our 20+ year old master bathroom, which they completed last week. It turned out AMAZING, and we couldn't be happier. Erez our project manager and Allan our foreman were very responsive, listened to any concern we had, fixed mistakes as they came up, and worked within our budget. They obtained all the construction permits (and there were many since we were gutting the dang thing) and passed every inspection with flying colors. When this process started I had already ordered cabinets, flooring, and a tub, but I was at a complete loss when it came to the rest of the details, so they referred me to a designer they frequently work with to figure out the rest (a huge thank you to Ana Ozmaie from Studio Ozmaie!). While our decisions slowed the process a bit, IND was very flexible with the design changes we made during the process. As in any construction project, there are hiccups, and we hit a big one. And the way they handled it will forever make me a fan of IND and the people who work for them. About a month before the demo, I had installed cedar panels inside a closet, and unbeknownst to me, hit a shower pipe dead-on which sealed the pipe for 4 weeks (!)--and promptly came unsealed when they jackhammered the shower to remove the 2" of cement and old tile. We had a SUBSTANTIAL amount of water coming through the living room ceiling from the bathroom above, and to make matters worse the water shut off to the house was frozen open from years of hard water build up. I called Erez frantically, who immediately responded and sent Allan and Henry their plumber right away and they were able to stop the leak before we had damage to our furniture or floor downstairs. It could have been SO much worse if it had not been for them. They fixed it (one of our many change orders, ha) and you can't tell now we ever had a 8ft x 10ft soggy hole in our living room ceiling. So a construction company that not only saves the day but completes your dream bathroom masterfully? Oh yes. I highly recommend IND Construction.

The master bathroom remodeling started with the visit oThe master bathroom remodeling started with the visit of the company designer, with whom the scope of work was determined, and measurements were made. In approximately a week, the colored 3D drawings were sent to me for approval. The demolition to remove the bathtub, toilet, 2-sink vanities, two partition walls, tile from the 98 sq. ft. floor and walls, and existing lights was done in one day. Before demolition, the hardwood floor was covered with protective mats, which were removed at the end of the day, and the entire area was cleaned. Framing, plumbing, electrical, and tile works were done similarly quickly and accurately with respect to the rest of the property. After installing appliances and shower glass, the final painting was performed. I am glad I've done this remodeling with IND Construction. Great value, perfect quality, cleaning after each working day, and friendliness of the personnel are a few things, among others, that make IND Construction the best choice for bathroom remodeling. My special thanks to Mr. Guy Barnea, who has overseen the entire project.

Long overdue review--we hired IND after a referral to remodel our master bath. We have remodeled 3 times and all have been very stressful, cost more money, took longer and caused remodel fatigue. Dorel came over to meet us and look over our project requests. He was so calm, creative and very informative. Instantly I felt comfortable. Once we received the quotes and got our questions asked I signed on the dotted line. Our Master was going to be demolished--out with an old jacuzzi tube and shower and in with a new double vanity, glasses on shower and no tub. Start to finish 6 weeks!! Everything was so smooth--communication, day by day updates, money due. Loved working with Dorel, Carlos and even got to meet the owner as see our new bathroom. Recommend IND 100% and hoping to us them in the future to remodel again.

We just finished our project and it turned out wonderful! From the beginning, our PM Erez was polite, on time, and made us feel comfortable about taking this next step in our renovations, something that hasn’t been done to this extent in maybe 45 years in our house. We first had the bathroom redone (flooring, countertops, and relocating the shower). After that, we started the bigger project of redesigning the kitchen. This started by meeting with their designer to draft up the renderings. We redid 100% of everything from the flooring, cabinets, tore down two load bearing walls, then painting the joining dining room, hallway, and living room. Erez was in constant communication with us and always welcomed our text message questions at any day/time. They keep you informed of the progress and collect payment along the way after a task item has been completed. If there is something that you don’t like on the finished item, such as grout color, they are more than willing to adjust and redo anything if needed. As long as you openly communicate with them, you’ll have an amazing outcome that is better than you imagined.

This was our second major project with IND and we couldn’t be happier. It was so easy for us, Eran and his team handle everything. They took care of the architect plans, the engineering, permits, facilities for the crew, and clean up. They worked within our budget and completed the project ahead of schedule. Of course, the work was superb, and the communication great, but what I appreciate most about IND is that they are honest and they value their customers. Our experience with IND, and in particular with Dorel Zander, was outstanding. From the start to finish IND Construction was wonderful to work with. Dorel was my project manager and he was there every step and handled any hiccups immediately. He was at the job extremely frequently and was always very responsive and reliable. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and IND Construction has been one of the easiest and fastest to work with. They remodeled a small apartment unit in less than 2 months which included new electrical, some plumbing, refinished the floors, painted, remodeled the bathroom and the kitchen. IND did great work and I would highly recommend working with them.

Recently got our kitchen remodeled by IND, couldn't have had a better experience! Avi and his team were fantastic, and the kitchen turned out beautifully! Renovations in the COVID age are never easy, but they made things simple and safe. Also, they really helped us through the creative process, since our vision was a little more modern than a standard kitchen, and our kitchen isn't huge at all. I couldn't recommend them more, and plan on having them remodel my bathroom in 2023.

I'm so excited to post a rave review about IND Construction. They recently redid all my ceilings — overseeing the asbestos removal company, sanding the ceilings to a super smooth finish, and priming and painting. I was so happy with the results that I've just contracted with them again for a long list of other renovations and repairs. IND delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. We just finished a renovation of the master bathroom and the kitchen. We have been waiting to do this since we moved in 15 years ago. IND Construction and Erez were amazing. We had a few hiccups with permits to take down 2 walls at the beginning but once we got going it went pretty smoothly. We appreciated that the same people came throughout the renovation. There were no subcontractors. The guys also saved our cat who somehow got under the house. They didn’t hesitate. They got their coveralls on and went under and found her. They went above and beyond. They always cleaned up after themselves and put plastic around everything to keep it clean. When I wasn’t happy about something they made it right. In the end we made a list of a few this that needed fixing and it was done the next day. I have already recommended Erez and the team to a few friends.

I would like to recognize the fantastic remodeling work IND Construction did at our home this past year. Initially our plan was to remodel three bathrooms. We interviewed several construction companies and settled on IND mainly because of the online reviews, before/after photos of completed projects and most importantly because of the initial presentation made by David and Ben. They were informative, honest, and had a great eye for interior design. We already had plans drawn up by an interior designer but David immediately suggested some useful and aesthetic changes to those plans which we eventually adopted. Their bid was not the cheapest and not the most expensive but it seemed fair. I also liked the fact that they did not subcontract out their work which assured the project would run more smoothly and efficiently. The project progressed as planned. David and Ben were always available and were frequently on-site. Daily communication was conducted by a group WhatsApp chat which was so helpful. As expected several unexpected issues arose over the course of the project which were resolved easily, without animosity, and always in our favor. The day to day workers were very skilled, clean, and very considerate of being as minimal an imposition to us as possible. The scope of the project broadened to include a new HVAC system and ducting, hardwood floors of the upstairs master bedroom, hallway, and stairs, and elegant lighting of the master bedroom, upstairs and downstairs hallways, and living room. All of this was completed on time and with beautiful results that surpassed our expectations. Lastly, it goes without saying that a sizeable project like this will have some small issues that arise after the fact. Gina, the IND customer service coordinator, has been fantastic in helping us to resolve these issues promptly and without stress. All in all we couldn’t be any happier with our experience with IND Construction and the outcome of the finished product. When the pandemic started almost two years ago, the most devastating impact was nursing homes. We have retired older parent in their late 70’ lives in another state and we all agree that best is for them to move and be with us instead of nursing home. We started searching for builder who could take on a conversion of our pool house to a full ADU unit that would be best accommodate our parent current living and future assist living situation. After intensive search and met with several builders we found IND in Houzz website, I made a call to set up appointment to get someone over for project estimate. The most friendly voice answered the phone; Cynthia was so professional and super helpful with setting up the appointment with her “best project manager”, she stated. A couple of weeks later we met with Avi Levanon ; his professionalism, very well knowledge of construction, sincere efforts, help seal the deal, IND is our builder to take on the challenge of ADU project for us. As of today about two week before our project will be completely finished, we are so please with Avi and the construction crews, Avi always start with a clear communication explaining every steps along the way no surprise even through we have a few unexpected things happened as part of nature of construction, Avi steps in advises us with best solution, idea and ensures smoothness of the process. As project going on concerns and stage of payments are part of the process, I thought this would be a stress side of construction process, unexpectedly IND office manager, Gina Cada who handle and communicate the financial side of the project is so helpful, she have such a great positive energy and flexible in working with us on a difference form of payment that workable for us each time. We knew in two weeks our project will be completed and our parent will have a wonderful, functional and lovely place to stay and enjoy their retirement life here with us. We are in the midst of a remodel of our kitchen/dining/living area and a bathroom with IND. Dorel is our project manager and we are very pleased with the progress and communication so far. I'm almost finished with a whole house gut remodel with IND and Eran Zered. I couldn't have survived it without Eran's guidance through it all. I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart and that I could trust him. There were some issues that came up with subcontractors along the way but he was always very responsive and made sure things were fixed to my satisfaction (and I am very detail oriented...). I am very happy to recommend IND and Eran Zered for your remodel, and I would certainly work with them again if I ever got up the energy to tackle something like this again!

We rebuilt our entire house minus the garage during the pandemic (8 months start to finish!), and were so impressed by the quality of work and the professionalism of all the crew. We hired IND to complete a wholesale remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, and floors in our new home. In addition, they painted the entire house and completed some electrical work. From the very beginning of the project Erez Schifferman, the project manager, was wonderful to work with. My husband and I met with multiple companies to get bids on our project, but Erez impressed us right away by the way he really listened to our goals and was realistic and informative about what we could achieve. Since this is our first home and first remodelling project, we really appreciated Erez’s willingness to explain how things work and what to expect, which made the whole experience much less mystery and stressful than it otherwise would have been. Overall, the construction crew was friendly and clean and did excellent work. Whenever there was a problem, Erez and the team made sure it was taken care of. While we came in a bit over budget, this was entirely due to additions we made to the plan as well as some necessary issues that were uncovered during construction (which seems inevitable!). We found the price quote we received very reasonable for the scale of work completed. We highly recommend both Erez and IND and would happily work with them again. Our house is completely transformed!

We had a great experience with IND for our kitchen remodel. It was a significant project involving new cabinetry, slabs, tile backsplash, flooring, windows, lighting and electric, and some structural reconfiguration, plus renovation to the adjacent laundry room. We are very happy with how it turned out. The final construction cost was in line with the estimate. We only went about 15% over, and each change order was well explained and legitimate (due to our own desire to expand the scope of work, or because demo revealed some additional work that was necessary). The project also ran on schedule, with the only significant delay being a custom-material order that took longer to ship due to COVID. Avi was the project supervisor and was great. He was at our house daily to review the work and was very responsive to calls and questions. Overall, his crews were great too – their tile guy was fantastic, the carpenter did an amazing job, and the slab fabrication was impeccable. We also really appreciated working with a designer they use – Ana – who charges separately but at a really reasonable hourly rate; she provided excellent advice on details and materials that helped bring the vision together. To the extent issues arose here and there (as they do on a project), Avi worked with us to resolve them. Even after the project was completed and they were fully paid, he still sent his electrician by (at no extra cost) to swap out some fuses that were tripping and to help us find the right light bulbs for a fixture we ordered. We highly recommend IND and Avi and would certainly go to them again. Before and after pictures attached.

Erez Shifferman and IND were excellent and we are very pleased with the results of our recent kitchen remodel. This was the second remodel project we have done working with Erez. His communications were outstanding, prompt and thorough. He kept the project moving and avoided unnecessary delays. When problems arose, he was quick to find solutions. Erez has a style that instilled confidence that he was working to achieve our objectives. As a whole, the IND crews were neat, courteous, conscientious, and assured quality results. Of particular note, the demolition, flooring and tiling crews were excellent. IND was excellent. When we have future remodeling projects, Erez Shifferman and IND will be the first (and maybe only) contractors we will contact.

We just finished our Kitchen and floor remodel project with IND Construction. Avi and his team did an exceptional job and we are super happy and excited at the final outcome. Our home almost looks like a brand new one now! They exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project. The company logo says "constructing hearts" and I truly believe that they 100% live by that value. Avi is a true professional and a man of high integrity, honesty and humility. He is very organized and gave us a detailed phase-wise plan at the outset of the project. His team then not only stuck to that plan, but the best part is, they were able to complete the project 3 weeks ahead of schedule. I couldnt have asked for anything more!! Avi told us that he treats every project, how big or small it is, as if it is his own home and at the end of the project he hands over that home to his client. I think thats a great work ethic and I can see the results of that attitude and sincerity in the quality and workmanship of what he and his team have built for us. I must also admit, that I am not a very farsighted and organized homeowner myself which meant that there were several last minute changes I had asked him to do which were not part of the original scope. For instance, all the demolition work was part of the day 1 schedule, but only after 95% of the job was completed, I had a change of mind and wanted a center piece in the family room removed as well :D. Avi not only took care of it within a day but also repainted the wall where the piece was installed. There are several other such big and small instances where he and his team were very patient and accomodatve, went above and beyond their scope and delighted us with great end results. As homeowners, a remodel project when we are living at the property is not easy to handle. We literally had to live out of our upstairs bedroom for 4 weeks, but IND constructions and all their construction staff ensured that the project was as hasslefree as possible. They employ very professional, smart and humble staff and they have a clean-as-you go policy after every work day which is great. I must also give a special shoutout to Ana, our wonderful interior designer who was recommended by Avi to design the kitchen. We have a small-ish kitchen with an awkward nook area. It was Ana's wonderful design that got us hooked to proceed with IND construction. Ana is also super friendly and professional and stayed with us throughout the completion of the project giving us valuable design suggestions at every stage. She has become our go to person for any design recommendations in future! If we ever plan another remodel project for our home, I cant think of any other group than IND and I will highly recommend them for any of your remodel projects too. We are super delighted and we cant wait to make more memories in our dream kitchen now!

IND Construction treated us like family and our home like their home. They converted our 2 car garage into a beautiful, efficiently designed, ADU. Additionally, we renovated our small awkward kitchen and turned it into a gathering spot for family and friends (or will be once we can gather again!), we landscaped, and more! Every step of the way, IND made certain that we were happy and when issues arose, we worked together to problem solve. David, Ehran, and Ben are honest, kind, and integrous. Gina, in the main office, is top notch, always ready to dive in and help out, wonderful to work with, and gets the job done. Almost a year ago, we had commissioned IND Construction (through our neighbor’s recommendation) to remodel our kitchen and to convert our garage into an ADU. My renovation project was a pretty simple one – new cabinets and new, wider peninsula layout. I interviewed a total of 7 contractors to provide bids for my Kitchen renovation late last year and was on a budget. I was extremely clear with every contractor that I did not want to exceed a certain amount, and I shouldn’t anyway since my project was on the smaller end. Some of the contractors that came just flat out told me it was impossible with my budget since I was in a high rise, some said I couldn’t do the kitchen without changing the entire kitchen floor (which I did NOT want to change because I had nice tiles), some said that since I live in a building, they would have to charge me more for the ventilation/hood area (which I still don’t completely understand), and the others.... I personally did not see myself working with them. Then lo and behold… Avi came to the rescue! He instantly worked with me on my budget, and was the ONLY contractor to tell me that I should NOT change my floor tiles because they were expensive. He also had no issues with my ventilation, and was suggested to get a microhood, which I already had planned to. He even saw that I currently had a mini makeshift bar area, and suggested that we extend the countertop to blend the kitchen and create me a new bar. My new bar now is easily my favorite place and the best thing I’ve added onto my kitchen – ALL within my budget! Additionally, my laundry room connects to my kitchen as well, and he suggested I change it too since my cabinets in the laundry room were extremely outdated. All in all…. Would 100% recommend Avi and his team. He responds right away when you need something or have a question any time, any day. I can be extremely finicky about little things and I would text him a lot about things I didn’t like, or wanted fixed, etc. And each time he never failed to come up with a solution and address my concerns. He also gave me a freebie sink and LED lights under my cabinets!!! Plus Plus Plus !

We just saw our renovation finished and could’t be happier with the final result - the house looks like new. We spent quite some time choosing a contractor the job - we met with and interviewed several contractors and companies and got some quotes. In the end we chose IND and it really was the right choice. The quality of the work is excellent, the team that worked on the house was great, and it was priced fairly. This is the second round of renovations we gone through on our home and if you’ve not gone through a home renovation yet let me share one key piece of advice. It’s never going to go perfectly. It just isn’t. And that’s not a reflection on the contractor or company you choose - it’s just a reality. Any renovation, no matter how big or how small, is tough. You’re inviting strangers into your home, they’re tearing portions of, or all of, your home down, and rebuilding it. And there’s likely going to be some complication no one could predict. But this is all part of a renovation. It’s about who that contractor hires to work for them. It’s about how they approach the work. And, most importantly, how they react to the issues and problems that will inevitably come up. And that’s why we were so happy with IND. They took care of our home as if it were their own and took care of us and our concerns as if we were family. Every single interaction was making sure we were happy. And that changes the whole experience. Ben was our lead and he was great to work with every day - cheerful and sincerely passionate about the work and that leadership passed down to the guys working with him. Beyond the work, cost is obviously an important consideration. And here, too, IND was the right choice. Were they the cheapest option? Admittedly, no. But when you meet the team and interview them and compare the cost to other contractors you understand why there will be a difference in the work, the craftsmanship. There is true value in hiring a contractor that isn’t going to cut corners. Everything IND did elevated the renovation and brought a higher level of quality to the job. We got exactly what we paid for and the work is just awesome. We absolutely love coming home to the house and seeing the new exterior.

I have completed one job with IND, almost done with a second, and am confidently about to start a 3rd! So far together we have accomplished remodeling my Kitchen and replacing the floors of my house. Remodeling my Garage into an apartment - including moving/replacing my furnace, condenser, and H20 heater. Hi neighbours, I just want all of you to know that i found this amazing company that is now helping me remodeling my old 1936 home and convert it from 1,100 SF to a 1,650 SF - 2 bed 1 bath with a very bad layout into a 3 bed 2 bath with a great open floor plan layout and I'm very excited about it. They renovated my neighbour's house 2 doors down from my home which they helped them to complete remodel their home and convert the garage into an ADU - they are super happy about IND team. I'm in the middle of the process now and just wanted to share my dear neighbours in this crazy time of life as we all know it's not easy to trust contractors, and simply tell you all - they are great in all aspects so far. They are professional, clean, honest, and just great and fun people to work with. I'll keep u all posted and will add photos when this is all done.

I did a lot of research to build my guesthouse. It was a big project for me and I felt stressed thinking about the process. When I found IND Construction and decided to move forward with them, I felt at ease. Every single step, from design to architecture to clearing out an old shed, to building the structure and final touches, was done with care. That meant a lot to me and my dad, especially now, with COVID-19. The workers were thoughtful and all my questions were answered and attended to. At the end of the day, I was really thankful to David, Ben and everyone at IND, that my guesthouse was built. It gave me a sense of relief and accomplishment.

We used IND to add on to our house. They added onto two bedroom, added a master bath, and renovated our kitchen. David and his crew handled all aspects of this job. They finished on time and on budget. And their work is great. I'm a pretty picky person, so I stuck my nose in everything to make sure it was being done right and it's what I wanted. There were a couple times that I asked them to do something a little differently and David took care of it right away. David's got a good crew with him. Even though I didn't see David at the house every day, he always left someone in charge. It was nice to be able to talk face to face with someone if there was a concern. And David was always in communication too. He uses WhatsApp to create a group conversation with everyone involved in the project. IND did good quality work. They didn't cut corners. We are really happy with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend David and IND to anyone that is thinking of doing renovations.

David and his team did a top quality job on the remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom. Their prices were fair and he was upfront about the time it was going to take. He delivered the project within the time frame promised, despite the archaic inspection process for condominiums. My wife and I are very happy with the final product and David sent workers back a couple of times in the months following the project to fix minor things that we hadn't noticed at completion. Finally, David is a stand up guy and I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

It will not only add to the value of the house but make living in it easier and more interesting and convenient. But how do you choose what to do and how to get started? My recommendation is to immediately call David, at IND Construction and have him come over to discuss the necessary changes. He will help you decide how much you want to do to remodel and achieve the results you want. He is extremely personable and even tempered and full of great ideas which he will suggest and then discuss with you until you all agree on a complete idea of your goals. We had already worked with David to gut and rebuild a kitchen and bathroom a few years ago and knew how easily and efficiently the work went so there was never a thought about using another construction company when we decided to update our present kitchen. David looked around, gave us several suggestions as to how we could improve the room and then sent his crew to measure our space and figure out a convenient configuration for the cabinets. We didn’t even have to leave the house to choose the cabinets because the cabinet maker brought the samples to our house!! Because he is so experienced, David was able to help us with choices of colors, flooring, countertops, etc. The entire process was painless and although there were some decisions to be made along the way, the IND crews of workers were extremely efficient, knew their jobs, worked hard and really did not need direction from us. We had David’s cell number and were on a “What’s App” chat with him and his crews so it was extremely easy to contact everyone to ask a question or find out when they were coming in to work. Several times during the job, the junk and debris from the destruction of the walls, cabinets, floors were hauled away and after everything was finished, the crew cleaned up the garage where most of the mess was. David and his workers were very in tune with each other and communicated regularly, even if I was not aware of it. So if sometimes I called David to tell him about an incident, he would always say that he had already heard from the painter, or electrician, or installer! I can’t recommend IND Construction more highly.

From beginning to end, it has been nothing short of an exceptional experience with IND Construction Inc. In the fall, we invested in a new roof and they did such an excellent job, that we called them back in a month to install new gutters, soffit, and trim. Their attention to detail, professionalism and care for our home was above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend this company!

Davis the contractor, very professional person offered us very interesting project and altough the price was higher that from other two companies it seemed to be best option for us. About a year ago, my family and I moved back into our completely brand new home. We are enjoying our home so much and wanted to let everyone know about David Ifergan and IND Construction. Although the process of building a new home can never be described as easy, working with David was always easy and he made building our home quite pleasurable. When my husband and I first purchased our home 15 years ago, an 1800 square feet single story family home seemed like a palace. However, our family has grown by several children and animals. After several major remodels, we finally accepted that we could not make our existing house work anymore. We made the decision to tear down and build up new. That was a big and emotional decision in of itself since we had created so many memories and were pleased with the work we had put into our home. I won't dwell too much on the painful process of finding the right architect (which we eventually did) and getting the city to approve our plans because this post is about David Ifergan. Once our blueprints were approved, we began the search for finding the right contractor. In our neighborhood, at least 5-6 new builds are going on every year. Most of these new builds seemed to be financed by developers who have the money and connections to make their projects move quickly ie 12 months. On the other hand, the families who want to stay in the neighborhood and are building new, we have seen their projects take at least 18 months to two years to complete. What we were looking for was a contractor who could put in writing that we would only be displaced for a year, faithfully follow the architect's design, and keep us on budget. We found 4 different contractors to interview, all who had been recommended by friends. David was recommended to us by a good friend the day we had intended to sign with another contractor. The minute my husband placed the call to David, he returned the call immediately. He came to our home the next evening and spent a great deal of time with us sharing with us his background, images of his work. He looked over our plans, he got to know more about us/family, and our budget. At that first meeting, David was with us for at least 4hours. He then turned around and was even able to present with us a tentative contract within one week! My husband loves details though and asked David to modify the contract two more times. My husband only would sign if David would put in writing that the construction would take 12 months maximum, he had David detail the number of recessed lights, what type of plumbing, how many windows, brand, what kind of switches, type of air conditioning vents and all kinds of items, how much crown molding, wainscoting, and ceiling coffers. Let me say that all the other contractors just could not even come close to the level of patience and consistent enthusiasm David had, and gave us in the negotiation phase. That is what won us over in the end. Also, we checked with each and every single person on his long reference list and heard only positive things from each and everyone of them. One of the references even turned out to be an old colleague of mine who had moved away and she also highly recommended David. We finally signed our contract with David. We tore down our original home in February of 2016. David was at the project site several times a week. The foundation was a problem with the city (at no fault of David). Even though our plans were approved by our architect, the inspector changed his mind and wanted 2 extra feet deep of footing. The city had a shortage of inspectors at that time and we had waited a long period of time to even get an inspector to our site for inspection. There was literally 4-5 weeks of time where the site was at a standstill (at no fault of David). In this time, David worked constantly with the city to get the project moving. He had us choose and order windows, doors, plumbing fixtures so that the products would be ready to avoid further delay in the project. Oh, I forgot to mention, he even "threw in" the design expertise of Shirry Dolgin to assist with cabinet, counters, kitchen design, fixtures, lights. David's IND construction team are a group of men who work exclusively for David. They supervised the subcontractors and constantly worked on framing, drywall, painting, installation of fixtures. There were days where the electrician, plumbers and HVAC workers were working at the same time. I think it is always realistic to expect some problems with building your home that are unforeseen. However, David did not let it affect his enthusiasm for out project or his commitment. David even pointed out details about some of the work that he was not happy about and had it redone, often eating the cost. For instance, he did not like how some of the marble was laid in our bathroom and had it pulled down and relayed. He also shared his opinion about certain design features and said it would cost more but it would really make the home unique. He did not deceive us and say that we could have a certain look and not come through. We moved back into our "new" home 10 months after we tore down. Two months under contract. All work was done on the house down to the last cabinet knob. David finished our house on time, on budget and we are extremely happy with our house. We had no idea our house would turn out as perfect as it did. The pictures and video of our house will speak for themselves! Both my wife and I (both of us wrote this review) would be glad to talk with anyone serious about using David and IND construction. Thank you David and IND construction!

We hired David to install our wood floors. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. David and his team were always right on time, courteous, very clean, and quick to respond to email or text. No hidden costs, and job was completed on time and right on budget. I undertook a complete renovation of the main two floors of my house including the kitchen and a washroom. It required me to move out for 4 months so it was important for me to have confidence that it would be done on time, prior to losing my temporary rental. David and his team were professional from the beginning. Showing up for every meeting on time, responding to any email or call, and regularly following up. They provided me with a number of different ideas upfront which resulted in a much better layout than I had been thinking of. The renovation itself was painless. Done on time and on budget with a minimum of surprises. Any issues that cropped up along the way were handled professionally and quickly. We engaged IND to help us update a two story home built in 1968. Much of the house hadn't changed since then. We needed cottage cheese ceilings removed, electricity upgraded, new lighting, new heating and air conditioning, new wood floors upstairs, new doors throughout, entry tiles, a new master bath, a new kitchen, a larger pantry, a laundry room, several windows reconfigured and replaced, old exposed beams covered in stained veneer, new molding everywhere, new stair railings, rebuilding an outside deck, a built-in computer table and credenzas, and a new slate fireplace hearth, with a wooden mantle and bookshelves. And of course, new paint inside and out. We pretty much knew what we wanted to do. David (IND's owner) and his team of artisans set to work right away, drawing and presenting various configurations and estimates, pulling permits and bringing us up to code. Along the way, David suggested improvements and designs we'd never considered. We got to see his artistic side. Davit loves houses. He loves all kinds of design. With his encouragement, we decided to try and bring more craftsman touches to the rooms. From there we plunged in, hoping to be done in four months, knowing it might take longer with change orders. For this, we'd have to move everything out. (Always figure this into your budget!) David's subs and suppliers were knowledgeable, skilled and efficient craftsmen. The work site was busy almost everyday. Meanwhile we spent our vacation-from-home wandering the Valley picking out fixtures and granites and paints and appliances and the myriad personal choices you'll need to make. David had excellent connections for expediting this process. The work proceeded over the summer with only a few glitches that David solved quickly. We moved back into a beautiful home, more than we'd hoped for. As you can see from the photos on Houzz.com (https://www.houzz.com/photos/query/mayerson/nqrwns) we get lots of compliments.

Our 2444 square feet project was a TOTAL update of a 1952 single story stucco house in order to create a contemporary open concept common living area and new practical and less compartmentalized spaces. It was complicated and required removing existing load bearing walls, pouring new foundations, and placing 6 steel posts to support the entire roof. Demolition was down to the studs, making it necessary for us to vacate the premises for 6 full months. Even prior to demo, David/IND Construction provided sound advice by prompting us to begin researching/purchasing the hardware and finishes for the house. By the time construction commenced 2 months later, everything from hardware to the tiles had been selected. Having experienced 2 other additions and given the extent of our project, we were onsite 6 days during the week...as were the IND crew! They arrived early and worked full days...very easy to work with. As with any large project, there were some glitches...but, David or his project manager were just a phone call away and the issues were always resolved quickly. David treated our remodel as if it was his home...which we deeply appreciated. He was totally invested in our renovation and was as excited as we were at each benchmark. We have to give kudos to IND on the following: 1) David delivered services and expertise above the contract throughout the term of the project. 2) The 6 steel posts that were embedded in concrete to hold up our roof were amazing. We are confident that the house is secure and will not be collapsing any time soon. 3) David was able to get a huge discount on interior mahogany doors for us. We have received nothing but compliments from everyone who has seen them! 4) Although the remodel involved only 80% of the house, to ensure a uniform look, David installed new exterior stucco as well as interior drywall for the entire house. 5) And, last but not least, IND employs an expert cabinet stainer who created gorgeous custom finishes on our wood beams, cabinets, and window trims. In the end, our experience with IND was great. We absolutely love our new house!

We had found IND Construction at a home show when we lived in Pasadena and were thinking about remodeling the kitchen in our condo. Plans for us changed and we recently purchased a multi family dwelling with my Mother in Law in a nearby town. Shortly after purchasing we decided to remodel the kitchen and bathroom in my Mother In Law's house and completely redesign the back 2 bedrooms and bath into one master and bath in the main house. We contacted IND and met with the owner, David. He came out and reviewed everything we wanted to do. He was very quick to give a us a detailed proposal along. You hear a lot of horror stories about contractors and them asking for money up front and disappearing, but with IND The contract and payment schedule is laid out very clearly. After the small deposit, payments were only due when project milestones were completed. It's not easy to go through a remodel while your living in your house, but David and his crew did a great job with everything. He assigned a project manager to our project that took care of the day to day, but David made himself available to us anytime we had a question The project was completed almost a year ago now and there have been some minor things that have needed repair. David is quick to respond and works with you to get someone out there to fix. It's nice to know that they are there for you even once the project is completed. . We're very happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to hire IND for future projects.

We found IND construction through my sister over 2 yrs ago & it has been an absolute phenomenal experience. They worked 6 days a week nonstop for over 7 months in transforming our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 kids bedrooms, & our master bedroom into "a brand new house". With his project manager & David always in constant communication with us for all details, we found this experience to be more than expected. Small "bumps in the road" always occurs with major remodels but David & his crew were more than willing to fix them without hesitation. David help us find an architect for the designs which matched our wishes completely. David help us find many subcontractors who worked very hard in transforming the work smoothly. We even asked David to help us design our landscaping & hire a great workers to finish our landscaping in less than 2 months. Quality was excellent. For major construction for inside & outside, we can always expect issues that came up but David's crew were more than willing to fix them in short time. Thank you David & Thank you IND construction for your wonderful work. You are all truly professionals!!!

We hired IND to do an almost complete interior renovation. We'll let the pictures speak for themselves, but overall, very pleased with IND! On time, on budget and very high quality work. Most importantly, this is a company and crew that you can trust. David is very thorough in explaining all the aspects of the project and great about making himself available throughout for any questions/concerns. Between David and his project manager, Henry, we always felt like we were covered. Lastly, IND also provided us with great referrals for interior design and media/entertainment, which really helped pull everything together. We would definitely work with again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality contractor!

David and his team are true professionals ! they remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting throughout the house and more... They did exactly what we wanted and we are very happy with the final outcome. we started out with 3D renderings of the remodel and David and his team guided us step by step all the way to completion, which includes all permits, ideas, finish material selection and purchase. the workers are just amazing, each one of them, they are good people, good manners, very respectful, trustworthy and fun to work with (we used to enjoy the Latin music in the background:) we absolutely love our new home and enjoying it every minute. David has a great team of workers, subs and onsite manager (Amir) which made our overall experience very pleasant. I can't say there were no issues during the project (which we expected), but every time we had a bump in the road we would call David or Amir and they jumped right on it. thank you IND, we LOVE you All !

IND performed a complete kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new quartz countertops, electrical, recessed lighting, plumbing, knocking down wall to open up kitchen and living room. Cost includes materials for cabinets and quartz countertops, but does not include backsplash tile, floor tile, or appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! David, Amir and their tradesmen all do excellent work, and the whole project was completed in less than two months. They worked very hard to keep the project moving and to get it done in the time frame they initially estimated for us. They also worked hard to get things to our specifications (i.e. color of custom cabinets). By and large, everyone was pleasant to work with, and in particular, Amir (project manager) was responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. I will say that on a couple of occasions, we were annoyed with workers not showing up when they said they would, or working late hours with the electricity shut off when the worker showed up late in the first place. Obviously, you have to put up with lot of inconvenience when doing a project like this, but in these situations, they could have minimized it more than they did. The cost was a little more than what we thought it would be initially, but that is not necessarily IND's fault - sometimes you just find things during the process that are unexpected. I would be shocked if you ever had a big project like this were everything costed exactly as much as was forecast. Overall, we would give IND Construction a strong recommendation!

David did a fantastic job on our kitchen and powder room and laundry renovation. He had great ideas during the consultation that helped us maximize our kitchen potential and the space, specifically closing off a window to add pantry space. David has a great positive attitude and is easy to work with. The work was done on schedule and without and significant budget surprises. He also has a great team, the workers were courteous and pleasant. Although there were a few normal issues that arose during construction, they were fixed promptly and David was very receptive to feedback. You definitely get quality service for the price. We are happy with the delivered product.

It was a great pleasure working with David and the IND Construction team! David initially led our beautiful kitchen remodel about five years ago (a full gut job and renovation). He is professional, proactive, friendly, and completed our project ahead of schedule. My husband and I felt that he understood our vision and had great suggestions for materials and improvements. A few months ago, we were ready to remodel our master bathroom and once again called upon David and his team. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the results! David and his team expanded our shower, suggested high-end and beautiful materials for our flooring and tiles and even suggested putting in windows which took our remodel over the top! I recently visited a master bathroom in a model home and can honestly say that our bathroom is better designed and higher quality. We have had many contractors working in our home over the years and not many would we recommend. We talked about remodeling our 1950's kitchen for many years, met with many contractors but it wasn’t until we met David that we felt confident to move forward. His team of workers were very professional, accommodating and did excellent work. The project moved along as scheduled, sometime too quickly for our decision-making, was completed on time and within the quoted price.

We hired IND Construction for a complete kitchen remodel in my 1940 home. This is the second time that we hired IND Construction. IND Construction completed a fabulous main floor bathroom remodel for us two years ago. We were so happy with the results of our bathroom that there was no question as to which contractor we would use for the kitchen. David and IND Construction were our guys! IND completed a full kitchen remodel for us which included custom cabinets, custom floors, granite countertops and backsplash, replaced windows, new plumbing and electrical, recessed lighting and the knockdown of walls which separated the kitchen from the dining and family rooms. David is extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions that were helpful and in tune with our taste. His workers are craftsmen who are well healed in their trades. They also were reliable, honest and trustworthy which is equally as important. Davids bid was very reasonable for our remodel especially given the quality and level of craftsmanship that he continually delivers. The project was estimated to be completed in 3 months and was actually completed a week early. We are thrilled with our new kitchen as you can see from the beautiful pictures! We have a master bathroom remodel coming up in the near future and you know who our contractor will be......David and IND Construction! Thanks again David!

David and his team were fantastic. David is very up front about how he does business. He takes pride in what he does and it is very apparent. He was very responsive to our requests and had great recommendations along the way. He met our timeline and did not come to us at the end of the job with a list of additional costs. He worked with us until we felt that the job was complete.

I had a very good experience with David & IND. The quote I got was very reasonable and fair compared to other constructors. I had to fully remodel a newly bought Townhouse, which included the floor, walls, ceiling, electricity, etc. They are very professional, and everything was done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I was actually overseas most of the time, but I knew I can trust David to take care of things while I'm gone. I would not do that with any other contractor. Anyone who saw the house commented on the clean and beautiful job that was done there ! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know

We just completed a full remodel with IND construction and could not be happier. The work was done on time and for the amount we agreed upon. We had a very tight time frame to get the work done in and even with some additions on our part the job was finished on time and looks great. All of Davids crews were on time and professional and whenever we had a question, it was answered quickly and thoroughly. They really went the extra mile to make our dreams come true

Initial consultation lasted about 3 hours. Very professional and had great ideas for what I want to do with my house. My immediate needs were to remove my carpets and install hardwood floors. Extremely pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work. Love my new floors, as does everyone else who has seen them. The true test for how well a contractor has done is if a customer would use them again and/or recommend them to family and friends. Without a doubt, this answer is YES. I will be using them again in the near future to continue the other projects that I want done on my house. I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors, but not with IND Construction. They are top notch and care about their work and their customers.

Review #2 today, January 10, 2014 (Original review is below) ***UPDATE*** Its been a little over 2 months since construction on my house has been completed. Finally getting everything in the house - we noticed a couple of things that needed fixing - nothing major but things i couldnt do. I called David and the guys were here, 8:30am a day or so later. they came in - saw what need to be done - went to Home Depot, purchased what was needed and fixed everything. there was NO hesitation on Davids end to have the guys come over and there wasnt an additional charge. Thank you IND - it was great seeing the guys again - i actually missed them all. Great group or workers! Seriously - you want/need work done - these are your guys! Review #1 from October 2013 i have heard horror stories about construction and let me be the first to tell you - if you hire this IND - you will NOT get that. Mind you, we only wanted to have the kitchen done... we decided to redo allllll the floors and painting throughout the house as well as crown molding, and baseboards. they are at my house anywhere between 7:30 - 8:00am ready. the minute its 8am - they start - no BSing - they are working till 430/5pm, sometimes till 7pm. day one - my kitchen was GUTTED - floors, walls counter-tops, everything. THAT was crazy. they helped take my furniture out of my house - they clean as they go (making sure they dont leave a mess at the end of the day). David (owner) comes to my house and "inspects" it, making sure everything is going well - he doesnt just come and go - he is always at my house for an hour or more. if he sees something i dont - its fixed - no questions at all. Within 2 weeks - kitchen gutted, kitchen tile is down (1day) new flooring in 90% of my house - crown molding done - most baseboards done. i know it doesnt sound like a lot - IT IS. if you want pictures, please let me know - i will email to you. This company - the best - when i decide to do more - i will not go to anyone else. A 6-week job was done in 4 total By the way - i have 2 neighbors that will use IND and a friend who will as well. They were referred to me by my friends who loved working with IND. PS - crew is respectful, hard working, nice and fun to work with. If you have work to be done - ***** FIVE STARS!

All I can say is "WOW" on a job well done. David actually met with me shortly after I made the call to him and he listened intently as I tried to explain what we were looking for in the re-model. He made great suggestions and said he would do his best to keep us within the budget we discussed. Within a few days, we met with his designer who then gave us a 3D on what the re-model would look like and we also picked out the cabinet design & color we envisioned. We were off and running within two weeks. Then at demo we discovered that the kitchen was not only going to get new flooring but had to be gutted to the floor boards. This was totally unexpected and but was something that had to be done. Then the walls were not level either (another unexpected situation) but David was there immediately after learning from his crew what had to be done to continue the process. He took it upon himself to have the crew continue and told me not to worry about this process or the extra $$ I was envisioning. Yes we did have some BIG bumps in the road, but it was all worth it. The crews were very polite and David kept to his word that work would be done daily until completed. The kitchen & porch look fabulous and I can't say enough on how everything was handled and how every time I checked with David he'd re-assure me not to worry. He said it was his job to make things go as close to planned as possible. Sure the bill was a little over the budget but you will not hear any complaints from me or my family as to how it all went!!! We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.
