We needed a Window Well Cover and we contacted George. He came over for the measurement and shortly after provided the estimate. We agreed on the cost and scheduled the installation. George was on time, professional and knowledgeable. His work is excellent and I highly recommend him if you need a professional window well cover installed.

My wife and I are super happy with the look and quality of the custom products made and installed by George at Windowellcovers.ca. They both perfectly fit over our three window wells and are made of a special, strong polycarbonate material that will last and look good for many, many years. The company's principal George was a pleasure to deal with; he is a very sincere, knowledgeable, and capable professional who we found to be very trustworthy and reliable. We recommended him and his products without any reservations.

We had George install two window well covers for our house. Product looks sleek, like a sheet of molded glass. No other product locally compares. Definitely a better product than what you will find at a local hardware store. Install went well, happy with purchase, would buy again. 15 year warranty, only time will tell how they hold up, but it looks like an excellent overall product. The covers will work well with keeping animals out, and people from mistakenly falling in. Thanks George, solid product. Have already recommended product to others.

I hired Window Well Covers to make me 4-well covers. Instructions for measuring were easy to understand. They were delivered when promised. When I received them two were too short. I contacted George the owner and he immediately took ownership of the problem. No excuses or trying to blame me. They fixed the problem and delivered the two new covers ASAP. Since I purchased online I was worried how they would handle the issue and I couldn't have been happier.

I enlarged my basement windows to let light in and after much research for window well covers I came upon Georges unique window well covers and I thought this is exactly what I have been looking for base on the sleek and durable look. I don’t have to worry anymore about them been damage by the weather or water getting into the basement. Nothing compares to these custom window well covers. I would highly recommend George’s work and service; he is professional, a very honest and humble gentleman. He meets his timeline and schedules and his window well covers are very cost effective. Friend and neighbors just love these window well covers. Many thanks George for your beautiful work. BERNIE

I found this company on houzz and my wife and I have been very pleased with the product and most of all the service. We extended two windows in our basement to 76" wide to allow light and unfortunately water was also filling the window well. This product keeps the well dry and doesn't prevent the sun from coming threw. All in all this product does exactly what its meant to do and it priced fair.

George came out, measured up our windows and came back a short time later to intall our new covers. What a great job and fantastic product. I have other contractors, friends and neighbours asking about them. These are, by far the nicest window well covers onywhere around here. Nothing we have seen even comes close to these. George is a friendly guy and gets the job done for a price that is reasonable based on the quality and aesthetics of the covers. Thank you George

After looking around and comparing the cost and sizes of window well covers at the big box stores, we put together a purchase for custom covers involving 4 homes in a new subdivision in Colingwood Ontario with 16 egress window well covers in total! Despite all homeowners thinking that our window wells were the same size, there were some differences in sizes and differences in grading, but George came and measured each window for us and installed them beautifully. The product- Lexan - is guaranteed for 10 years and in my view, far exceeds the quality of the big box stores. George was professional from the beginning of the process to the end. All windows were delivered and installed on budget and all homeowners are pleased with result. Thanks George for a quality product and an excellent customer experience. We definitely recommend this product by Window Wells.ca and have no hesitation in recommending George.
