They responded quickly to my request for more information about my backyard landscaping project. The team set up a meeting the same day and arrived on time. I enjoyed spending a couple hours with them discussing my vision, ideas, and budget as well as their process, ideas and suggestions. They explained in very understandable terms what Oakwood offers, the process and timeline, all of which seem reasonable and agreeable. They took their time in the backyard taking measurements and listening to my input. They took many photos for reference in drawing up the the first proposal. I look forward to meeting with them again in a week to see the first draft of their proposal and working with Oakwood over the next several months

Recently had the pleasure of working with Oakwood team - as I hired them to design my front & back yards. I had about a thousand questions for them before I even hired them.. and even more when I did hire them, and they were always so kind, responded quickly, and had answers for all of my questions. I could not have asked for better communication with them. During the process, they were very patient, understanding and very much willing to work with me, my schedule, and my ever-changing design ideas for my yards. It took a lot of tweaks, but because they were so patient and willing to work with me, their final design turned out amazing and was just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend.

Oak Wood team did an amazing job not only transforming our front yard landscaping but also coming up with an installing a backyard plan that worked with our existing sixty foot maple and completely shaded backyard. The whole job was completed in a timely manner and they were out the next week to check on everything. We couldn't be happier with Oakwood from start to finish!

Oakwood team did a great job in giving our garden a new life . They were always on time, and carried out the job with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. We are very pleased with the result and would employee them again and would recommend them to others.

The work that was done was of an excellent standard. There was attention to detail and I liked that there were updates of how the work was progressing when I could not be at home. It was a difficult time as supplies took a long time to be restocked but the builders were supportive and kept in touch during this time. Once supplies arrived, the work progressed quickly. They were also very good with maintaining a clean working environment which was very important to me.

As the job progressed any queries I had, both large and small were listened to with patience and either explained or implemented accordingly. We are all delighted with the finished garden and can't wait for the sunshine so that we can get outside and enjoy it!
