Arch.) from the University of Southern California. Vina has worked with notable architecture offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and Ventura. Her projects range from high-end custom homes to commercial office interiors. Vina is currently leading us through a remodel of a 100 year old spanish bungalow, shaded by beautiful mature oak trees. There are a lot of tricks to perform to get this remodel done and Vina is handy at them all. We look forward to keeping the serenity and vibe our little bungalow gives us and feel confident that Vina is the perfect choice to make it happen.

Vina is an absolute delight to work and partner with. She not only has creative and thoughtful ideas, her positive attitude and kindness make the whole construction process way more manageable. She also helped us get this project over the finish line with her ability to connect with the City over permits and approvals for our drawings. Had a friend in the business who told me to stop as I began tearing things apart in my house! He recommended Vina to help me come up with a cohesive plan for what was a major remodel of a 1600 square-foot home. Working with Vina was not only productive, but very enjoyable with her engaging personality. She pays close attention to needs, desires, and available budget in the process of developing the plan. Her expertise is invaluable as she brings together all the dynamics necessary to take into account for launching a project. There are so many aspects with building and my case with so many changes needed for accessibility, Vina’s direction made the process doable for me.

She has been very flexible in taking our budget into account on our goals to build a backyard ADU and remodel our kitchen and bath, helping us find contractors, building materials, and modify designs to fulfill our vision without breaking our budget. Vina has been fantastic. She is amazing designer, of course. But she is kind, cares about what she does and works from her heart. Our project was a moving target and she stayed right with us as we discovered what we wanted. Very small project, but we never felt unimportant and could feel her dedication to helping us get what we wanted.

Vina is a wonderful, creative, and accomplished architect who is working on an ADU project for me in collaboration with a builder and landscape architect. She is the leader who ties every complex part of the project together--always in her warm, friendly, fun, and organized way. There are many trades and other people who must work together and puzzles which have to be solved. She is like an orchestra conductor who is reading a complex score, knows every part, and who brings everyone together under her baton. Bravo, Vina! I love working with her.
