I have recently hired TK architectural Design for a project and Terry put together drawings that really gave life to the project. I am a general contractor and he was able to provide exactly what my customer needed to invision what the finished project would look like. What impressed me most was when the plans were completed, Terry stuck around and checked in multiple times to make sure things were getting done right. This included site visits that he didn't have to do. He truly has a passion for what he does and it shows that this is more than a paycheck for him! TK Architectural Design Terry is man of good character. I had hired him to draw me up some plans for a foundation to be built on a very rocky building site in the side of a ridge with ledge rock . The foundation is for a log cabin of large logs. The end result of the foundation was amazing. A superior quality foundation pinned into the rock every 2 ft. 12in walls with 3ft corner pillars with a stepped footing. Terry is a designer with a very detailed foresight.

TK Architectural Design (TK) provided architectural design and construction management services for adding a second floor to an island home. Because of the house location, TK was required to create a very difficult design that adhered to extremely restrictive zoning requirements. LandMark Engineering Sciences worked with TK on the design by providing the geotechnical (soils) and structural engineering design elements. TK was an easy partner for us to work with on this project, providing us with timely information on the architectural elements that we needed to consider for aboveground and underground structural details. TK's addition details incorporated existing positive house architectural features while addressing and/or eliminating ones that were not functioning well. TK also utilized the homeowner's detail requests into a design that improved the livable "flow" of the space, All this was achieved while also working with the homeowner's desired completion schedule. I hired Terry to draw up plans for an addition of a Four Seasons room to my house. Terry was very professional and visited the site and asked questions to enable him to correctly create drawings that I supplied to the city to get a permit to build the addition. The city had no questions from the drawings, so we contacted several contractors for estimates. We chose a contractor that used Terry's plans to build the Four Season room. We love the 4 season room and use it more than any room in our house. Terry, did a great job and met our deadlines.

Terry did a fantastic job on the architectural plans for our craft beer bar. He was timely, efficient and went to all lengths to satisfy us as his client. He followed up promptly and his drawings have been roundly praised from all the professionals performing construction.
