I hired Tom at Studio 511 to design an addition consisting of a two car garage, bonus room, and patio space. We live in a community with strict requirements on what we can build and plans must be presented to an architectural review board for approval. Tom developed the plans, got them approved by our ARB, and then provided plenty of support throughout construction. The addition is now nearly compete and it turned out even better than we imagined. It just looks awesome. I definitely recommend working with Studio 511 - great design taste and really easy to work with.

Tom did an outstanding job planning a complete rebuild of our 1960's Pennsylvania colonial. The design included two additions and a modified first floor layout.
