Jeff provided me with a quote to replace my driveway, walkway and build a new patio. The job started OK but a 4 day job turned into more than 3 weeks and $$$ over budget. The patio looks nice but the elevation is to low compared to the rest of the yard. This cost me $800 to have the landscaper install a french drain to keep water off the patio. To top everything off he asked me to pay him before the job was complete (the fire pit needed to be completed) because he needed to make payroll. Since the job was 95% complete and he was waiting on materials, I paid him. Well that was a mistake since he has yet to complete the fire pit. I called and emailed more than a dozen times and he either didn't reply or promised to make things right but he still hasn’t. I would not recommend Jeff or T&H Foundations and Concrete. At the very least do not pay him until all of the work has been completed.

T&H Foundations built a wood deck and poured a concrete patio for my new home and left me with a large imperfection in the concrete and cracked wood. In June 2014, T&H Foundations completed the building of my backyard deck and patio. After the job was complete, I showed the owner where there was a 4'x4' swirl in the concrete patio, which sticks out and looks horrible. Additionally, I showed him where multiple pieces of lumber on my deck installation had major cracks. I was promised by the owner upon making my final payment on the day this these mistakes were shown to him that it would be fixed. I trusted that this would take place and I even received a call from the employee that poured the concrete saying he would come out and take care of it but he never showed up. I called Jeff multiple times and left messages asking when this would be fixed. Additionally, I e-mailed him multiple times asking when this would be taken care of and he never responded. I decided to take a couple months off from attempting to contact the owner and gave it one more try two weeks ago. I explained via e-mail and phone that I truly wanted to give them the opportunity to fix the problem. I am still waiting for a response today. I am a new home owner and trusted this company with our hard earned money. I was left with a great design but poor workmanship. I now have steps on my deck that are screeching, boards cracking/separating, and a concrete patio with an ugly swirl. This is very unfortunate, as I picked this company over many others that would have done the same work for less but the owner convinced me that I was paying for quality...

Despite the cold and rain, the concrete slab under our deck is beautiful!! The entire crew were nice, repectful and professionals. In the next few years we will need to replace our driveway and this is the company we will use. Several of our neighbors have asked for the phone number for their future projects.

Project involved removal of a deteriorated asphalt driveway and replacement with a concrete driveway. Driveway runs the length of the front of our house and curls around to the rear with a large turnaround area to our 3 car garage. Also included in the project was a concrete surface application to our garage and front porch. Project Planning- We were very pleased with the time spent by T and H on the planning process. There were several multiple hour meetings planned at our convenience. At these meetings we were shown real samples, drawings, and pictures of their projects. Ultimately after much discussions we arrived at a design that we are very pleased with. We would not have arrived at the final design without these meetings. Jeff painted out the design on our old driveway and arrived at our final design. There were several parts to our project and Jeff wisely knew what portion to discuss with us at the appropriate time (he knew not to talk about the porch until the sidewalk and driveway had been finished, for instance) Project Execution-- All of the workers were prompt, courteous and talented. We were kept informed daily of the activities and there was no downtime in our project except for weather related delays. Jeff called us at the end of each day to review what had been done and to let us know what the next day's project was. Project Quality-- T and H has great attention to detail. (did not need to be reminded to do anything). T and H takes great pride in their work and wants everything to be perfect. Ease of Working With-- Friendly and approachable. Responded quickly to emails and calls. Also worked well with a subcontractor for the concrete resurfacing of our porch and garage. We were given a nice DVD at the end showing the entire project - beginning to end!

T & H Foundations created a new patio, retaining wall and fire pit for us. Jeff Thompson provided great ideas and excellent design expertise, as well as an extensive knowledge of the materials and equipment available to get the look we wanted. He was able to give us more usable space without significantly increasing the size of the patio footprint. The crew was on time and on task every day, with complete clean up provided at the end of the day. They took good care to listen to our needs, accommodate our schedule, and provide a beautiful finished product on time. I am so glad we choose stamped concrete over paver stones. The retaining wall and fire pit are of large sized engineered stone and have nice color and texture. We are really enjoying our new outdoor spaces.

T&H has completed 5 foundations for Vanderbilt Homes this year. All of them were completed on time and under budget. We are getting ready to start 2 more foundations and look forward to working with them again.

We used T&H Foundations and Concrete on a recent project. Jeff was very helpful, with his knowledge we were able to solve a drainage problem and incorporate a block wall into our patio project. We are very happy with the finished job, it looks great!!
