Capital Renovations Group is now an independent partner office of Alair Homes, joining other respected independent partner offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Alair™ has the largest footprint of any premium custom home building and large-scale renovation/remodeling brand in the world, and invites high-quality builders who have demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise, as well as a solid reputation in their market. Paul Zuch has been in the industry for nearly 40 years, working for several of the top remodeling and construction firms in the Dallas metroplex. After serving as the vice president of a multi-million-dollar general contracting firm, he founded Capital Renovations Group, which has been recognized as one of the top home remodeling companies in the region. He is a Certified Remodeler (CR) and a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We have worked with Capital Renovations on several projects over the last 10 years. In 2011 we did a complete renovation of our upstairs including bathrooms and media room. At the same time we added an outdoor kitchen area and added on a laundry room. Since then we have done a smaller renovation on our lake house, and a kitchen remodel in 2017. Each time the project was completed on time, and I was always kept up to date on the progress. Both Paul and Sherry Zuch were always organized and professional. Paul was great at thinking “outside the box” to make sure the end result was what I had envisioned. We had confidence in his expertise, and he was always very involved throughout the process. We were always made aware of any changes to our original contract anytime we made adjustments during the project. We have been very happy with the work performed, even after several years have gone by. We would absolutely work with Capital Renovations Group again on any future projects and highly recommend them to anyone planning a construction project.

We are always amazed at how they take complex projects and work their magic to simplify the process for the client. As a design firm (located in Philadelphia, PA) we have had the opportunity to work with the Capital Renovations for several years and we observe consistent excellence in the use of best practices in the building and remodeling industry. Paul is a kind and humble man, and has always excelled in the industry. So much so, that he was selected by top industry leaders to serve as President of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Now that he is not serving nationally, he has focused his attention specifically in the Dallas, TX area to work with architects, interior designers, and homeowners who appreciate the highest level of quality construction. If you are seeking a company that will be looking out for your best interest, call them!

Paul Zuch at Capital Renovations did a wonderful job on remodeling our master bedroom. He also added new carpet and paint to the guest bedrooms. Paul's site supervisor did a fantastic job in providing quality work crews to tile the fireplace, paint, lighting installation, and modify a wall. Capital Renovations completed our project on schedule and within budget. They were especially good at communicating with us and keeping us informed on each step of the project. Paul was very good at pointing out improvements to the inside and outside of our home that will add additional value to our home. We would highly recommend Capital Renovations for remodeling projects or new construction.

A complete remodel and art studio add on. Excellent workmanship, innovative ideas, politeness, professionalism, are but a few qualities we experienced as clients. We are delighted with the outcome. The exterior has brought several neighbors' interest in who did our work. The interior speaks for itself. We are extremely happy with the results and it was worth the 14 month stay in an apartment. Only smiles here.

Paul Zuch and the team at Capital Renovations did an extensive remodel of our home, encompassing both interior and exterior spaces, transforming a 70’s custom into a spectacular, modern home ideal for entertaining. The exterior project included a full pool renovation, addition of a spa and cabana, plus extensive upgrades to decking, driveways and stone walls. The interior work included structural improvements to open up the floor plan in the kitchen and main living areas, the addition of a bar and wine grotto, custom railing work, extensive lighting upgrades and upgrades to granite counters and wall surfaces. Paul is the consummate renovations professional – he is responsive and his knowledge and experience are far reaching. While he can always identify effective design solutions he is careful to integrate client input to maximize the cohesiveness and appeal of the end result. His contractor network are first rate - not only are they top level craftsmen that use the finest materials, but they are pleasant, considerate and trustworthy. Capital Renovations has earned a strong recommendation.

We could not have been more fortunate to find Capital Renovations Group to complete the remodeling our new home. This was the first time for us doing a major renovation of this scale, but our worries were put at ease after meeting Paul and Sherry. From the moment the project started it was clear that their professionalism and expertise were exactly what we were looking for. Paul, Sherry, Darren, Kay and the entire team were in constant contact with us throughout and made us feel like our project was priority #1. They were able to help us envision design ideas and then bring them to life in ways more than we could have imagined, with no pressure and stress. Every detail was managed with high quality and personal care, as if it were their own. And it was incredibly special to us how they jumped in and offered assistance with a 2nd mini emergency project with no hesitation (thank you!!). This is the second time we have used Capital Renovations and needless to say, they did not disappoint! Paul Zuch and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the renovations. While we had a general idea of what we would like to accomplish, Paul and his consultants took it a step further with their innovative ideas and insights.
