At Studio Nishita Kamdar we design every project with an extremely passionate and innovative eye. We believe in the simplicity of design to create beautiful complex spaces which appeal to its social and physical context. We love to create spaces that are multi functional, high on utility and sensitive to the requirements of the end user. Architecture should indeed not only look beautiful but also feel beautiful and appeal to the other senses of the human being. We love to use materials and designs that have a meaning behind them or some sort of natural context. Open House featured as Cover Story of Home Review Magazine in Nov 2015 and featured on the ArchDaily Web portal. Mindtickle Office featured in Home & Design TRENDS Magazine Vol 4 No 6 2016

Studio Nishita Kamdar is a multidisciplinary design practice, started in Mumbai by Architect Nishita Kamdar in November 2014. Nishita Kamdar is the founder and principal architect of Studio Nishita Kamdar. After completing her Bachelors in Architectre (B.Arch) from Kamla Raheja Vidhyandhi School of Architecture and Environemtal studies , Mumbai she interned at MO-OF in Mumbai , Rast Architekten, Switzerland and as a junior architect at Architecture Brio and LAB Architects in Mumbai. Nishita Kamdar has previously won the prestigious Charles Correa Gold Medal for Design Dissertation in 2013 for her Thesis "The Eyes of The Skin: A Recreational centre for the Blind,”

I’ve been around Nishita since she was a student of architecture. Her inquisitiveness, vision, drive and curiosity to reimagine spaces has pushed her to create amazingly different spaces yet maintaining the feeling of warmth & home. She’s extremely hands-on, quick and professional & commits to her time lines. She designed our beautiful retail store, the process was collaborative & smooth. Would highly recommend getting in touch with their team if you are looking to add an aesthetic perspective to your spaces.

We found Nishita through Houzz back in 2017 when we were looking for someone young and fresh to do up our 1200 Sqft home. 2 years down , while I sit on my sofa and write this testimonial for her, I am so grateful for having selected her to be my interior Designer. We absolutely love the space she has created. It is vibrant, cosy , and at the same time a place we call Home
