We finished our house renovation/extension with Justin and his team in 2019. Justin's architectural designs are aesthetic and practical, taking into account the location and natural lighting, successfully blending our home's period features with a modern light filled extension. The teams he works with are helpful and professional. The builder (Erik) and his team were excellent and executed our vision for our home very well. As with any home renovation, the process can get complicated and unexpected things will occur from time to time. Dealing with the council, suppliers, tradespeople and neighbours also have their challenges. As a client, whilst it's always a good idea to spend plenty of time planning out the details and have a clear and realistic idea of what you want, having Justin to guide the project from start to finish was invaluable.

Justin from Studio JLA designed our new home in the Hills Shire and managed the entire construction process and we are really pleased with the results. Our block is on a slope with an unconventional shape but Justin utilized his artistic flare to come up with a design that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical for day-to-day living. The open plan design on the ground floor allows plenty of natural night into the living/dinning area, as well as good ventilation in the dinner heat. The high ceiling on the second floor and full height windows offer fantastic views from all the rooms including the Master bedroom. The floor plan for the alfresco and spa area is cleverly designed to accommodate large group of friends or family for social gathering . We love the landscaping as it is simplistic yet effective in lifting the overall appearance of the front porch as well as backyard area. Justin and his team are extremely dedicated and professional during the entire project- we would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to a build a unique and practical home to live in.

Justin Loe Architects designed and project managed the building of our house in Chatswood, from council submission through to final approval and certification. They designed the house to suit our needs completely and incorporated many features which are both beautiful and practical. If we are to have another house built, Justin Loe Architects would be our first choice.

Our renovation has just finished and we are thoroughly enjoying the use of the beautifully designed kitchen, outdoor room and bbq entertaining area & new laundry so much - we really should have done this many years ago! During the past 40 years we have renovated and built many houses, so we know we had quite fixed ideas when embarking on this renovation, yet Justin Loe Architects was able to transfer and put into practice all our ideas (plus lots more) and present a product that is not only aesthetically beautiful yet fully functional and practical. Thank you for a job well done and our appreciation goes out to the whole team - the builder and all his tradies were always professional and friendly and did an amazing job!

My husband and I are in the initial stages of design and are so excited to be working with Justin Loe and his team! After buying our home in Hunters Hill, we always knew the importance of working with a local architect - who knows OUR Council rules back to front, the DA process and documentation (as we have heard MANY horror stories from friends who didn't go down this route) and the landscape/capital growth of the local area. Having completed 3 renovation projects in the last 3 years, my husband and I are both quite particular with what we were wanting for our own home, yet Justin took the time to go through the hundreds of photos we collected and go through our brief to present us with a design/3D model that was even beyond our expectations. We loved that he knew how to best maximise the land (our block is only 500 sqm), the North aspect and provide my family with large open plan entertaining areas, which is what we love! He also provided practical suggestions on construction materials to use, room configurations and has a close working relationship with good builders (which is rare to find!) - so we know we don't have to worry/stress that the builder will show up, when it times comes to build. I am looking forward to seeing our family home being built next year and have always felt reassured with how many awards he has received (HIA, Houzz, Council etc) and great feedback from previous clients.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Justin and his team have done for us. From the early design work it was clear that we had found a professional who was able to bring flair and pragmatism to the fore, while listening to what we wanted as clients. The design we landed with was the perfect blend of our own personalities enhanced by some really imaginative and creative advice. Our home is open, bright and thermally efficient. It suits the simple needs of modern family life, yet is a pleasure to present to guests as a polished entertainer. Justin has worked closely with our builder to deliver a home that has preserved the elements that we have always loved, and created spaces that my family will enjoy for decades to come. We are very happy with the result.

We left our home renovations in the very capable and professional hands of Justin and his team at Bayview (from design to project management). It was such a good decision because Justin was able to provide his very knowledgeable insight at every step of the project in order to assist us to make the right decisions. The end result, a beautiful home that not only retains its character and frontage, but a modern house that has a huge entertainment area and a wonderfully (natural) lighted area for the family.

We engaged Justin and his team at Bayview when we decided that our quaint Californian Bungalow needs to be expanded to cater for our growing family. Our brief was we wanted to maintain a consistent look with the area by preserving the front of the house, maximise usage of the land as we had an irregular shaped land and deliver a home that is practical and spacious for a family. Justin's plans delivered exactly this plus more! Through Justin's careful planning, we now have an additional double garage, fourth bedroom, ensuite, more than ample storage, lots of entertainment areas, natural light, outdoor indoor flow and the ability to separate living and bedroom spaces (important for when kids are in bed, and we want to watch a movie etc!). With both of us working full time and this being our first home extension, we also enlisted Justin's help to manage the project and left a lot of the design and fixture choices to him.. It was fantastic for us to have someone with such experience, attention to detail and understanding of our needs to oversee our home transformation. If we were to move again (with such a great home it's going to be tough), we would definitely hire Justin and his team again!

I have known Justin Loe from Bayview Design Group for more than eight years. He has helped me with many of my projects, either a house or an apartment. I found that Bayview Design Group was very professional, inventive, helpful and insightful. They strive for more than architectural design. This includes sustainability, form, balance and quality workmanship. I was impressed after each initial consultation with my various projects, how he catered to my needs, specifications and most of all budgets. I have recommended him to several friends and they were delighted with their finished home. Initial ideas evolved into a better home with Justin's recommendations and expertise. Bayview Design Group designed and managed the major renovation of our home. Early on with the project, we felt they completely understood what we wanted, and we were condfident in leaving it in their hands. The result is a home that we love, modern yet warm, that not only met but exceeded our expectations. Professional, efficient and oozing with talent, we would not hesitate to use Bayview if we ever have to renovate or build again.

コメント：Does this actually qualify as a "pergola"?As the architect we specified/designed the home with this pergola and worked in collaboration with the landscape designer. I.e it forms part of the approved DA plans.
