First class builder and we would recommend Mike and his team to anyone in a heartbeat! From the very first meeting, we noticed that the attention to detail that Spinnaker placed on our project would be at a different level than most contractors. The Spinnaker team worked seamlessly with our architect and interior designers throughout both the planning and construction phase which made our lives so much easier. The final product they delivered turned out to be everything we dreamed it would be, and we are so thankful to the Spinnaker team for making it happen. Our project lead Travis was as good as it gets. He was always available for us and managed the project and our requests with what seemed like ease (even though at times we knew it was anything but easy!). The back office staff was equally impressive with emails and phone calls always answered quickly and efficiently. We feel very fortunate that we selected Spinnaker Development, and Mike, to build our forever home!

SPINNAKER BUILT A BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM HOME FOR ME AND MY WIFE. THIS IS MY FIFTH CUSOM BUILD IN MY LIFETIME. THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASUREABLE AND MOST DEADLINES WERE MET IN SPITE OF COVID. HIS EMPLOYEES WERE PROFESSIONAL AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. HE AND HIS CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR CAUGHT ITEMS THAT WERE MISSED BY "OTHERS". I HAD INTERVIEWED 4 OTHER "CUSTOM" BUILDERS IN THIS AREA BEFOE I SELECTED SPINNAKER. IF I WERE IN THE MARKET TO BUILD AGAIN THEY WOULD BE AT THE TOP OF LIST

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Spinnaker Development build our home and I would highly recommend them to anyone building a new home. Mike, Travis and the whole Spinnaker Team are truly the best in the business. Through every step of the process, they went above and beyond to make our home building experience as smooth as possible. Mike and his team are very talented in what they do but more importantly to us, they have amazing character and integrity. Building a home for our family was very personal and it gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the process to know that we were working with people who had amazing work ethic, were fully trustworthy and always exceeded our expectations. For some builders, once the home is built, the builder is done. Not for Spinnaker Development. Mike and his team have been back to our home multiple times at their insistence to help with any maintenance issues we have around the house. That kind of customer service deserves six stars as far as I'm concerned. We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Spinnaker on our home and hope you have the opportunity to do the same. There's no one better.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Spinnaker Development. The Spinnaker Team is thorough, thoughtful, creative and they are excellent communicators with incredible follow through. Working on a large project with this team was seamless and they become part of your family. They have such positive working relationships with theirs partners and subs and you can just feel the good vibe. There is no doubt this team is passionate and takes everything to heart. We love our home!

Beyond what I ever expected. The team of Spinnaker Development has remained responsive to each and every detail with regard to the home I purchased nine months ago. Of course, I purchased the home warranty through escrow, but they have come quickly and responded above and beyond what any warranty would ever require. They have fixed tiny tiny things that were not even related to their work....things like little wall knicks that were caused by me moving in furniture. Their workers are the best - their subs I guess I should say - and Michael Close, who has been my contact 'after purchase' has been so kind and patient and responsive to each and every request I've made. Sometimes he wants to resolve the problem the next day. I just cannot say enough good things about how they are. I have been so very pleasantly surprised. They are just phenomenal, and I'm a tough critic! D. Foulger

We purchased a spec home built by Spinnaker Development. Having built our own home before we were extremely pleased with the degree of quality and attention to detail. Every bit of the house was thoroughly thought out with very unique and creative touches. The whole Spinnaker team was a joy to work with. Extremely professional and quick to respond to every request. We are extremely proud to say that we own a Spinnaker home and would recommend them to anyone looking to build or remodel.

We have had the pleasure of working with Spinnaker Development on several projects. The quality of material which is selected and workmanship, makes the end project, a home the client will treasure for many years. This is a contractor we all want. They are open honest and work with real craftsmen. They have incredible resources not just for construction.,But design, interior, value appliances and more. They are one of the best I have used.

My husband and I cannot imagine living in a home that could better suit our personal taste. From the furnishings down to the fixtures, we love each detail. The Close brothers have been here each step of the way to help us get situated in our new home. When you walk through our door, you can tell that much time, consideration and perfection went into making this home the stand out that it is. Everyday we wake up admiring our surroundings and could not be more happy with our home.

We purchased a home developed by the Spinnaker team and everyday we are reminded of their inspired design and the quality of their construction. David and Mike Close are not just brilliant at what they do but they are great people too. They stand behind their work, even more than 2 years after we bought the house. Now that's integrity! We live in our dream home thanks to the team at Spinnaker Development and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a ground-up custom remodel.

The pictures of the houses that Spinnaker has built and designed are the main source used when building my home. The Calcutta Gold Supreme countertop in the kitchen was a brilliant choice. I am using the same stone in my home. One of his master bathrooms helped me design my bathroom. His choice of materials and designs are affordable and fresh looking. I always go to this site when looking for new ideas for the interior or exterior.

My wife and I found a house being build by Spinnaker Development mid construction. We reached an agreement on the terms of our purchase quickly and then worked closely with them on the details of finishing the home and customizing it for us. During the entire process the principals of Spinnaker and the vendors they worked with were extremely professional and helped us complete the home on time and allowed us to customize the finishes to our taste. This was our first experience with being involved in any type of home design or construction. Normally this process is full of horror stories and disputes. Our experience with Spinnaker was the opposite. Once we agreed on the the economics of the transaction, we never had another discussion about those issues. The completion of the home was their total priority and we are extremely happy with the results. Almost a year after we moved in to the home, we regularly hear from Spinnaker and any minor issues we have had have been rectified quickly and completely. I would strongly recommend anyone considering a ground up construction or remodeling project to work with Spinnaker. If competence and integrity are important to you, you will not be dissapointed.

We bought a house from Spinnaker Development 2 years ago and we couldn't be more pleased. The team over there has been wonderful to work with and they were more than responisive if something popped up when we first moved in. They did a wonderful job remodeling the house and all the work is top of the line. They have great attention to detail and made the house very livable from day one- all we really had to do was move our clothes in along w/ some personal items. This is a top notch team and I would highly recommend them and we would buy from them again.
