He took the time to explain, demonstrate, and show us the new technology related to appliances, and he took the time and energy to listen to what we needed. He was able to not only ensure we got the form and functionality we were looking for, but he was able to ensure we received the best value. We just remodeled our kitchen and bought our appliances through Specialty and after dealing with all the different sub contractors the service and installation of the appliances was GREAT and Specialty Appliance was by far the BEST sub to work with!! (Jeremy at the Kitchen Showcase is awesome as well!) John went above and beyond when he installed our appliances which include a sub zero, wolf range, dishwasher, ice maker, steam oven, microwave, refer drawers, wine cooler and a range hood ( which looks BEAUTIFUL) !! THANK YOU to the sales staff and installation crew we could not be happier with the whole experience !! We get so many compliments on our new kitchen and I tell everyone to go to Specialty Appliance !!

I recently had the opportunity to photograph the Specialty Appliance showroom in Louisville, with Patti Weaver of Creative Design Solutions. They have a beautiful space, and a great group of people as well. On another note, we also purchased all of our appliances from Specialty when we remodeled our kitchen in 2015 - I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I recently bought a Jenn-Air refrigerator from Specialty Appliance. Ours had broken and I needed one quickly. The sales process was simple, great pricing and they had it delivered the next day. Delivery guys were very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.

When our existing dishwasher decided to cause problems, we searched the web for an appliance store near us to check out what was available. Walked into Specialty Appliance in Boulder and were immediately greeted by a knowledgable salesman. Gave him our "wish" list and he showed us what he had available, explaining the pros and cons of each model. He didn't try to "upsell" us, although we did end up with a top of the line Kitchen Aide. I am very happy with it; cleans very well. Wish I had gotten it years ago! Delivery and installation went off without any problems. Checking around various websites confirmed that we got a very good price, less than the big box stores!

My boyfriend and recently bought a refrigerator from Specialty Appliance and we couldn't be happier with it! Stephanie Shephard helped us find a new fridge, and she was absolutely fantastic! Besides her amazing yummy snacks, she lead us in the right direction in terms of what we wanted and needed in a fridge for our new home. Neither me or my boyfriend had ever purchased a refrigerator before, so naturally we had a million questions and concerns, but Stephanie was happy to answer them and and more importantly, she really knew what she was talking about. Specialty Appliance is very thorough and there was never any pressure to buy like a lot of other places. You definitely don't feel like you're being scammed, which is rare these days! Besides that, the checkout and delivery processes were a breeze and we got a really awesome deal. No complaints, we really had a great experience with Specialty Appliance! :)
