Specialized Stair and Rail

We’ve been looking to replace our old stairs with the modern floating ones. When we found specialized stairs and rail we’ve been pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and design options. First of all, only few companies offer wood stringer option and that is very eye catching detail. Second, they've been very responsive and attentive to details, and completed our stairs in prompt time. Shipping from Canada to California was also easy. Now I must say that this staircase replacement eventually turned into a fully diy project. Aside from muscling a truly heavy stringer, everything else was pretty straightforward. Everything was high quality and precisely measured, the project turned out beautiful! We love our stairs; it’s a centerpiece and everyone mentions how cool it looks. Much thanks to Rob who curated our project, and team!

Working with Specialized Stair and Rail to create the stunning staircase and a unique louvered wall in our new home was an enjoyable process. Rob guided us throughout the project, took his time to answer questions and explain the process, and was very open to our ideas and vision and turning them into reality. He and his team took their time to create a prototype for the movable louvered wall that met their high standards. From sales to install, the staff make the experience a home run. The showroom and sales staff do a great job working with clients within their budget. Once the products get to site, the installers are true tradespeople and care about the entire scope pertaining to their job and not just installing stairs to collect a cheque.
