If there were 6 stars these guys would get it!!! Not only did Alberto under promise and over deliver, but my floors look so much better than I ever thought they could. Solution People provides amazing customer service as well as creating incredible floors. We could not be happier with our decorative concrete basement floor. It is far more durable than any other flooring surface, with less maintenance. We have a newly built custom home and they were very careful about the way they worked in the space. We have been extremely pleased not only with the high-quality product, but also the entire experience working with Alberto and his crew. They were also terrific about working into a tight schedule and communicating with us promptly. Alberto responds within 5 minutes of my texts.... he kept me apprised of what was going on and if they were running on time or not via text! I so appreciate him and his guys! Definitely highly recommend! Nearly everybody who had come to visit us since compliments the beauty of the floors and they feel really nice underfoot.

Alberto provided a competitive estimate and was very responsive to our needs and interests. The job was completed in a timely manner, in spite of several cold and rainy days. We are pleased with the outcome and look forward to utilizing our new concrete walkway / steps for years to come

We are so happy we found them. Our patio is so beautiful. We also had problems with our porch and steps. They were falling apart. Alberto and his crew was able to remove and repair everything. Rosie and Natalia both were very informative and always called or emailed me to let me know how they were scheduling things. Alberto went far and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. There were extras we couldn't afford but he decided to do them without even charging us. I couldn't believe it. Also on the second day and second pour it started to rain. It wasn't supposed to but just our luck it started to rain. Alberto and his crew covered the fresh concrete pour and waited for it to stop. Then once it stopped they uncovered everything and continued to do the finishing touches. Because of the delay they had to work till 9 pm in the dark working tirelessly trying to make sure that the concrete came out good. I couldn't believe how hard they worked. Thank you so much to Alberto, Rosie, Natalia and all the crew for all that you've done.

Highly recommend! Alberto, the owner, listened to my wants and concerns. I wanted a patio in the front with a round sitting. I also wanted a walkway from front of the house to the driveway, and a patio in the back. The biggest problem in the back was the yard had a slope to the back door and occasionally would potentially flood if precautions were not taken. Alberto, you took my ideas and drew a plan that was exactly what I wanted. Designer Nataliya was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in picking stones and colors as it can be a little overwhelming. Pricing was competitive, as we had several other quotes from other paver companies. Crews were awesome and very efficient. There were two small hiccups that no one anticipated, but the crew was able to resolve both issues with no interruption to the project. Alberto and his crew leveled the backyard and redirected the water to a new drain in the back yard. I will never have to worry about water potentially damaging my French doors again. This has given me a great peace of mind. The end results are amazing and beautiful. I could not be more pleased with the walkway, front patio and back patio.
