I cannot speak more highly of Renee and Paul, they come to my house to sit down over tea and spoke with me, my wife and even my father just to get a feeling on what we wanted. This meeting was even before we agree to contract them for anything, they still spent the time to get to know us. Renee quickly picked up our design ideas and wasn’t pushy about things, she pointed out impracticalities if not simply "better ways" feature and design wise. She allowed us time to discuss them and understand the recommendation and in the end we almost always saw it her way anyhow. Paul was involved and gave great input into the designing as well, he added his building knowledge into some of our more out there pipe dreams, designing a counter levered second floor with the appearance of floating in midair - amazing! Finally to say they went the extra mile is an understatement, seriously they really went the extra mile. I do not just mean with the build but in other situations around property, they spent many a call giving opinions and sharing their knowledge. Highly recommended as people and as builders.

Our company Artnow International have worked along side Paul Lingard of SeaBreaze Design and Construct for almost a decade both here in Australia and Abroad. I have worked with Renee since 1996 on various house and landscape designs and I can honestly say that Renee is the most outstanding designer I have ever encountered. Not only does she work tirelessly to deliver truly unique and breathtaking architectural statements, she is focused on functionality flow between spaces and bores down to the very last detail so nothing is overlooked or neglected. What is impressive is that she always strives to do this on time and within budget. if you are looking for a company that over deliver, that is a 'breeze' to work with and has the fire power and experience to nail your vision, you absolutely cannot go past SeaBreeze.

We had SeaBreeze Design & Construct come and visit a house we are considering purchasing. Our brief was to explore ways in which we could create more light and natural warmth in the house. We were also interested in the possibility of sectioning off a part of the house to allow another person or couple to rent out some of the house. Essentially – we had ideas for the house (which I had grown up in), but wanted to know whether what we were hoping for is financially and physically feasible, as well as an approximate cost to get the house feeling the way we wanted it to. Despite having spent many many of our own hours considering possibilities for the house, Renee from SeaBreeze spent a couple of minutes looking around and within moment had come up with a completely new and exciting concept we had never - and would have never - thought of. Renee came up with a vision which not only meets our needs, but inspires lifestyle, space and warmth - an answer to our prayers! We look forward to employing her for the final design upon purchasing the house.
