Founded over 25 years ago, by architects with a passion for beautiful, functional design, Roundhouse is a multi-award-winning British luxury kitchen and furniture company. A design driven company with a signature understated design ethic combining innovative use of colour and materials. Our designs are totally bespoke, carefully built to any size and virtually any finish, colour or veneer using a huge range of innovative materials, (many unique). Roundhouse bespoke projects are eclectic, elegant and architectural and work from an ergonomic point of view and feel wonderful to use and spend time in. The bespoke furniture is made to order by expert craftsmen at the Roundhouse state-of-the-art factory in Malvern, Worcestershire. In an area with a long heritage associated with furniture making, the company’s cabinetmakers bridge the gap between centuries old traditions of workmanship and the latest technical innovations. They combine unique joinery skills with advanced manufacturing techniques. Renowned for originality Roundhouse works hard at staying ahead of the curve and has its own R & D team continually developing new uniquely beautiful finishes. I have enjoyed my roundhouse kitchen for 15 years. I recently needed some small repairs/upkeep and alterations as my needs have changed slightly since it was installed. From first contact in the show room to completion of work I enjoyed the highest of good service and workmanship It was a pleasure to have the particular workmen around who were punctual, professional and polite. I would highly recommend roundhouse kitchens and their after sales service

The service - pre, during and after installation of the kitchen has been exceptional. Ben from Roundhouse in Richmond is a top professional and worked hard to understand our needs and the improvements in lifestyle, as well as aesthetics, we wanted from a new kitchen design. He was then able to produce a great design layout with helpful suggestions for finishes, whilst always being willing to take into consideration our needs and tastes. His communication skills were always excellent and when our building work was delayed, Roundhouse were able to store our new kitchen and work to the slightly later timescale with no penalties. Every member of the Roundhouse team we worked with were brilliant, there were no exceptions - true professionals with very high standards. Rob was excellent and highly responsive on the project management side, Ben on the sales and design side and the person who fitted the kitchen ( Ilan) was also amazing and committed to providing a top quality product and service. After sales has been nothing short of superb with great attention to making good any small issues and today a very helpful lesson from Allison on how to use the new Miele ovens. This is a truly impressive company and we would 100% recommend them.

From the moment we walked into the showroom in Richmond, our experience has been exceptional and standout relative to our experience of a couple of competitors. Ben, our designer, immediately captured our brief. He was able to effectively bring in design ideas, challenge us on our own views with respect and remain true to our original design concept. He kept us informed at all times and was clear with cost implications of particular decisions. Ben (a different one), our kitchen fitter, was superb. Friendly, extremely professional and meticulous with detail. He went the extra mile on multiple occasions to ensure the finished article was a masterpiece. To say we are satisfied with our Roundhouse experience would be underplaying it. The combination of an exceptional designer, an exceptional fitter and the highest quality product has resulted in the kitchen of our dreams. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you to Ben and Ben and the whole Roundhouse team.

Allison at Roundhouse welcomed me into the showroom and following a design consultation, drew up some premium designs for our 4 kitchens. She absolutely nailed the brief, showing care and consideration for the space to play with and her cmf choices were spot on. Thereafter, through out the manufacture and installation process, the whole team worked effortlessly to deliver a stellar service. Sam, coordinated the installers and joiners with a great level of professionalism and was personable. These kitchens made our development stand out and rung quality throughout. As part of a major renovation, Paul at Roundhouse designed our kitchen for us. Of all the suppliers we worked with, we by far had the best experience with Paul and Roundhouse. He immediately understood what we were looking for, provided both creative and practical ideas, was flexible when we had unusual requests, and also tried to be sensitive to our budget. Most importantly, when issues arose, Roundhouse managed and solved them gracefully and efficiently. While the kitchen of course was not cheap, Roundhouse was the only suppliers where we felt the company did not try to nickel and dime us on details. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous, practical, much loved by use and admired by our visitors.

We could not be happier with our Roundhouse kitchen! We worked with the team at the Wigmore street showroom and our kitchen was completed quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. Sam and the team were very helpful in answering all of our questions, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. A particular shout-out to our Roundhouse installer Raffa, who went above and beyond to achieve a high quality finish and checking that we were happy with all the little details.

The East Twickenham branch was closed for refurbishment during most of the project but they provided us with good virtual and onsite support. The kitchen units arrived on time. The installation was slow but meticulous. The aftercare service especially demonstrating the appliances was good. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend Roundhouse. Just be clear on the timeline from the outset.

We are very happy with our kitchen which is from the 'studio' range. We were one of the first customers from the Cheltenham showroom. I would highly recommend this company. The fitters were excellent and the fitting process was quicker and less messy than we had anticipated. We are pleased with the design, the end product for us, between a bespoke kitchen with wooden cupboards and one of the companies that offer the European modular options we feel suits our more contemporary home. They do have some minor communication issues to resolve between the showroom and the manufacturing/fitters which I am sure they will resolve.

Really terrible fitting process. Agressive behaviour with regards to payment. I was given just 7 days to pay final payment otherwise they were going to not deliver. This would have had huge repercussions to my entire build project. It takes me longer than 7 days to release funds and yet they had no apettite whatsoever to discuss this with me. Rather than discussing / picking up the phone to me i get threatening emails from their fitting manager. Told its in the T's and C's (but i never saw these! and no one gave me a verbal heads up). My request to hold back some small percentage until work was satisfactorally completed (given negative comments on Trustpilot) was also refused. This company is the only supplier in my entire project that would not do that.....yet should this not be standard? such an unpleasant epxperience - and i am keen that ohers are also mindful of this Emails received: "As the delivery is scheduled for Wednesday morning our factory need to start loading the lorry tomorrow from approximately 12 midday to have enough time. This means we have a hard-internal deadline of mid-day tomorrow. I can only instruct the factory to load the lorry if the final balance has been cleared. " "My apologies it is my job to chase final payment in hindsight I could’ve done this earlier. Your designer would have run through this with you so our hope is it shouldn’t come as a surprise."

Thank you for taking the time to review our services it is very disappointing to learn about your experience. We take customer feedback extremely seriously and always endeavour to provide excellent customer service. This is reflected in 58 independent five-star reviews on houzz.co.uk and four Best of Houzz Customer Service Awards including this year and last.
Whilst we take on board all your comments having looked back through all our communications to you from your designer and our installation team there were several emails detailing payment terms including the invoice sent as an attachment. The invoice clearly states at the bottom “Balance due 7 days prior to delivery.” Two emails were sent 30th October and 30th November, the first email highlighted the importance of the “for manufacture pack.” From our designer "The For Manufacture Pack will have several important documents. A full set of plans and post survey plumbing and electrical plans, full furniture, worktop and appliance list. The final invoice and a set of Terms and conditions. The Invoice will show the next, interim payment and it is the paying of this and signing of the T&Cs that will trigger the manufacture." The second on 30th November “for manufacture pack” included our Terms and Conditions and final invoice which need signing before we commence the manufacture of your kitchen. This correspondence gave 3 months notice re our payment terms. We always ask our clients to read all documents and correspondence carefully.
We are proud of our friendly team most of whom have worked for Roundhouse for many years (none are threatening or aggressive) and our installation co-ordinator sent you this polite and clear email with regards to loading the lorry at the factory. It states in our Terms and Conditions we cannot deliver a project until full payment has been made. We are disappointed you had to post on other review sites such as Trustpilot, our designer has since called you to discuss your feedback which we have taken on board. Your kitchen is currently being installed and understand all is going smoothly. As always we will do the best job to the highest standard with the fitting of your kitchen. We do hope you enjoy your kitchen for many years to come.

This is the second kitchen I have had designed by Roundhouse (by Jane at Richmond showroom). I am as delighted with this one as I was with my first one 5 years ago. From the design process, through the kitchen manufacture, installation and after care - the service has been excellent. Their designs combine great style and practical use and the customer service provided by everyone in the Roundhouse team has been exemplary.

Fantastic experience with designing and installing our dream kitchen. We went in with a very good idea of what we wanted where but the designer (Sam H) added a lot of value with practical suggestions on layout and also creative use of what would have been awkward spaces. Aftercare was beyond - we had a visit from Allison a few weeks after installation to talk through how to use our new appliances that had a lot of confusing features. We threw a lot of questions at her and she was really helpful. To top it off we even had a surprise gift sent to us later on too with high quality kitchen items. Even though the pricing is on the higher end we’re definitely considering having them back to design a few other units we have in mind. Thank you team.
