I engaged RODO after meeting with about 5 contractors total on a master bathroom and closet renovation project. They gave me a good level of comfort and came in at a reasonable cost. They worked with a professional designer to review the materials I had chosen and come up with a PDF design book. Once the work started, they were in nearly every day and Sean was immediately responsive to questions and comments. He also provided referrals to custom cabinet makers for my closet wardrobes. I am very happy with the result and in fact already referred him to a neighbor on a bathroom project.

I engaged RODO Development to execute a major rehab of a 40-year-old home in an affluent neighborhood in Pasadena. The scope was broad and extensive (electrical, plumbing, drywall, retiling, retrofitting electrical capacity, installing lighting, stucco repair, interior and exterior painting, and more), extending over a seven-month period. When the timeline is long and the cost large, identifying a capable, trustworthy general contractor is critical. I have NEVER been more pleased with a firm’s execution. I have been in the commercial real estate business for over 35 years, but every time I need something done for my own home, I have the same questions, the same angst anyone else would. Will they price the job fairly? Are they carrying appropriate insurance? Will they show-up, produce quality work, and clean up afterward? Will they stand behind their craftsmanship? Will they deal with me fairly when, inevitably, change orders are required? Dolev and his team delivered on all counts. I have never written a public review for anything or anyone. I don’t usually share my opinion on the internet, but this is the least I could do to support an individual and a firm that delivers at such an exceptional level.

Particularly beautiful is the stainless steel bannister. The wallpaper required expert wall preparation for an 18-foot ceiling, and the paper was hung to perfection.

This will be the second time we have worked with RODO Development Inc and have been very pleased with both projects. The first was a simple demolition of my kitchen and window installations where we were introduced to Roshelle. We were so pleased with the timely work and knowledge base of the industry that we wanted to work with them for our ADU garage project. our ADU has just been completed and we could not be more pleased. Like all construction projects there are ups and downs and unexpected occurrences but Dolev and Roshelle were always easy to talk to and provided solutions along the way. Their references for design and material are A1 and provide very reasonable prices. Also their insight to the construction industry makes things very easy to understand and make sound decisions. I look forward to working with them in the future and will consider them first before for any future work. We are very happy to have met and worked with them

I've always loved my parents' house in LA. It's a beautiful Spanish Colonial-style home with a lot of character. But over the years, it had started to show its age. The kitchen was outdated, the bathrooms were small, and the backyard was overgrown. One day, my parents decided that it was time for a remodel. They had heard good things about RODO Development inc., so they decided to give them a call. RODO came out to the house for a consultation and gave my parents a free estimate. My parents were impressed with the company's experience and attention to detail. They decided to hire RODO to remodel their kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard. The construction process took about four months. During that time, my parents lived with me. RODO kept them updated on the progress of the remodel and made sure that they were happy with everything. When the remodel was finally finished, my parents were thrilled. The kitchen was now modern and functional, the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious, and the backyard was a beautiful oasis. RODO had done an amazing job. My parents were so happy with the remodel that they recommended RODO to all of their friends and neighbors.

Originally I wanted a lovely outlay of a walk in bath/shower, but instead I got something not only recommended by the company associate but also something cheaper which was the install of a brand new walk in bathtub with sliding shower doors. New tile backsplash in my favorite color, green! I’m so happy with my beautiful bathroom, thank you!

Simply put, RODO is exceptional. The team was organized, responsible and what we appreciated the most is that they had our best interest at heart. The quality of product and workmanship was top notch and you can tell they bring in the best team who take pride in what they do. This was our first construction project and naturally were a bit nervous with all that you hear about reno horror stories - however, the team was very communicative and kept us updated on the schedule and coordination with various vendors. They were also very mindful of keeping our home as clean as possible since we lived in the home during the reno and also had a young baby. We're so happy with the project, from design to wrap up. I felt compelled to write a review about RODO Development. As every home owner knows with any repairs, upgrades, remodeling you name it... is extremely stressful, but this contractor actually relieved my stress. He did everything that he said he would and the project was complete in a timely manner. His crew was professional, thorough, and they took good care of my home. I have other projects in the future, and this company is who I will be calling. Also, I did my due diligence and got estimates from 2 other company's prier, and RODO estimate was competitive.

I was introduced to Dolev and the team over at RODO Development via mutual friends who had them remodel their kitchen and 2 bathrooms and after seeing the job we decided to give them a call. After interview 3 prospective contractors, Dolev stood out the most with his ideas and knowledge. You can tell he’s passionate about his work and wants it done right the first time. Our remodel consisted of a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, hardwood flooring, paint and a small outdoor deck. Dolev kept us informed throughout the project and was always a phone call away if we had a question.
