Right Meets Left Interior Design
Courtney McLeod is the founder and principal of Right Meets Left Interior Design, a full-service interior design studio based in Manhattan, which creates bespoke interiors for a discerning clientele. Clients admire our ability to draw from a kaleidoscopic toolbox of color, pattern, and texture to create rooms evocative of one emotion above all others - joy. In a word, it is the essence of who we are as designers and the journey we embark on with clients. Rather than hewing closely to a particular style, our aesthetic is rooted in a vivid interpretation of our clients desires, creating a sense of adventure and always resulting in a highly individualized, collected design. Born and raised in New Orleans, Courtney brings a sophisticated view to her rooms, informed by her extensive travels throughout Europe and Asia, including a number of extended visits to Paris. Courtney is a colorist at heart and believes strongly in the power of vivid color to spark joy. She inspires clients to embrace the power of beautiful design to enhance their lives. The spaces she designs are evocative of both her clients unique tastes and her vivid, collected aesthetic. Her work has been featured in print both in the US and abroad; most recently gracing the cover of the Spring 2016 issue of Aspire Design + Home Magazine. Courtney resides in the vibrant Harlem neighborhood, a wonderful source of inspiration. She has lived in New York City for two decades, but remains a Southerner at heart.
